Working as an Sr. Engineer in the R&D department M/S Uniproducts (I) Ltd, Rewari COMPANY PROFILE: Uniproducts India Ltd. is leading manufacturer of NVH (Insulation) parts for almost all car manufacturers like Honda siel Car India Ltd, General motors, Toyota motors, Fiat India Pvt. Ltd., Ford, Maruti Udyog Ltd, Telco, Mahindra & mahindra Ltd. It is technically collaborated with Rieter Automotive Ltd. At present the company is manufacturing of heat, sound and vibration absorbing materials like Heat shields, Bonnet insulation, Firewall, Dash board, Parcel back self, side trim, Moulded inferior floor carpet, luggage carpets, Pu insulation, Phenolic parts, glass wool insulation, roof linings.

Major responsibilities
Maintaining APQP Documentation. Responsible For New Product development & all APQP document (development plan, PFC, CP, BOM etc) Customer & vendor dealing.

Conducting Vendor audit. Visit for Customer feed back. Conducting PPAP and maintain the documentation for New Development Coordination of all engineering documents with day-to-day ECN's, CAPA's & improvement activities. Responsible for controlling of documents. Responsible for conducting TS-16949 Internal Audits and follow up for closing the non-conformances.

. Make RFQ for component. Make development plans for component development processes Looking Job set up on CNC machines. Having good concept to develop new fixtures. Work as a team member in NPD problems Maintains all records of design, raising ECN, PCN & ECR Finalization for M/C allowance on the components in their development stage according to their process of manufacturing. Preparing all Capex sheet and making all financial &Installation report of all m/c in m/c shop. Making Monthly presentation data of all dev parts. Knowledge about all PPAP documents. Knowledge about APQP documents. To make skill matrix for operators & making organization chart of my deptt. Planning and Layout preparation for foundation of machines of m/c shop Working Area, etc. Awareness & implementation of customer requirements in development process.
