Updates & Changes: *Don't forget to try our new Yoga/Pilates Combo class! *Deep Stretch Yoga: Thursday the 7th, morning class only and Monday the 25th morning and evening. *Spinning classes have been added again :) *There is a sign-up sheet for the Beginners Spin at the front desk. *Blue writing is group training, all are welcome to join in the fun! Prices are $2 for 12 week participants and $5 for members and nonmembers.

Zumba Fitness- is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements which create a dynamic and exciting fitness program. This class format combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion to achieve cardio and muscle toning benefits. Zumba is fun, easy, and effective, giving you a big calorie burn, 500+, in an hours time. Anyone can do it! You dont need to know how to dance to succeed!
