The job descriptions both generic and specific have now been written for the
Leadership Team without personalities in mind; they have been written for roles
which best suit the school (attached).

We have been involved in a major restructure from Deputy Director to Assistant

Director to Senior Teachers to Curriculum and Year Leaders.

If the job descriptions for Senior Teachers have sufficient overlap with your present
post then you can automatically be assimilated into the post; if they do not, then you
can apply for one or more of the posts - closing date 8 March 1999 - in order that I
can arrange interviews in the appropriate manner.

In order that we maximise our resources and site and encourage the spiritual and moral development
of the students, the senior and middle management of the school will manage the site areas listed
below. It is essential that at lunch and during break the following duties take priority. If you cannot
be present, please ensure that you tell your partner or appoint someone.
