Concept Client and MSIS: - Brainstorm and discuss application concept ideas. - Outline design and development process. Deliverable Concept Specication

Design Client and design team: - Determine user experience with end users. - Develop user interface wireframes. - Review and rene wireframes until the design is complete. - Make technical design decisions (native app versus web app). - Select platforms: iOS, Android, Blackberry. -Perform content copyright check. - Decide if internal or external designers should be used. Deliverable Application Design Specication

Develop Development team: - Determine, assign, and complete development tasks. - Decide if external developers should be used.

Testing Development team: - Develop testing plan. - Setup issue tracking tool (Google doc/form, Jira). - Perform testing and bugx cycles. Client and development team: - Identify in-house testers

Release & Announce Client, development team, and marketing team: - Engage Ofce of Tech Transfer (for native apps). - Submission to online stores, iTunes, Android Marketplace (for native apps). - Build web page(s) to publicize and to host link. (native or web app). - Identify tier 1 support contact (department or MSIS) - Identify tier 2 support contacts - Develop web-based support documents Deliverables Materials for App Store submission Marketing collateral Training materials Help desk documentation Support escalation procedures

Support Development team, department, or help desk: - Track downloads. - Handle support issues. - Initiate additional publicity if desired.

Client and development team: - Regular "show & tell" meetings monitoring progress. - Start discussion on marketing & publicity needs, include PRMC if appropriate.
