Testo: Strumentale Dettagli: La prima traccia di questo album e' un'introduzione interamente strumentale che si lega al pezzo successivo "Danza". Contrariamente al precedente album queste sono gli unici due brani uniti di tutto l'album. Il tema principale presente nella seconda parte (a partire da 02:34) era stato scritto due anni prima durante la composizione di "Scene". Lyrics: Instrumental Details: The first track of this album is an entirely instrumental introduction that binds to the next track "Danza". Contrary to the previous album they are the only two tracks tied together in this album. The main theme in the second part (from 02:34) was written two years earlier during the composition of "Scene".

E' diviso in parti distinte: la prima la canzone vera e propria dall'inizio a 03:14; la seconda, con atmosfere pi funky, fino a 05:13; la terza, brevissima, un giro di tastiera che chiude il pezzo lasciando una sensazione di non conclusione. It's divided into distinct parts: the first is a real song from the start to 03:14; the second one, with more funky atmospheres, until 05:13 and the third, a very short one, is a keyboard part that closes the track, leaving a non-ending feeling.

In un punto del brano (03:14) e' riconoscibile una citazione da "Take the time", terza traccia dell'album "Images and words" dei Dream Theater (1992). At one point of the track (03:14) you can recognize a quote from "Take the Time", third track of the album "Images and Words" by Dream Theater (1992).

05 - Ripetitiva solitudine (Repetitive Loneliness)

Particolarmente forte il contrasto tra il contesto musicale (a tratti quasi gioioso e spensierato) e i testi che non lasciano troppo spazio alla speranza. Contiene alcune delle migliori parti di chitarra non distorta dei L.E.S. La parte di batteria (01:24 e 03:01) cita "Wasted years", secondo brano di "Somewhere in time" degli Iron Maiden (1986). There's a particularly strong contrast between the background music (at times almost joyful and carefree) and the lyrics that do not leave too much room for hope. This song contains some of the best L.E.S. clean guitar parts. The drum section (at 01:24 and 03:01) quotes "Wasted Years", second track of Iron Maiden's "Somewhere in Time" (1986).

06 - Vito
Testo: Strumentale Dettagli: Brano interamente strumentale scritto nella versione originale da Vito Magni (da cui il nome) e da Fabio Leocata nel 1996 basato sull'intreccio di due linee di chitarra suonate su un metro di 7/8. Nella strumentale "13" del primo disco dei L.E.S. "Scene" del 2002 si pu sentire un campione di questo brano che era gia' stato registrato ma che, come "Esaustiva esistenza", non fu incluso per motivi di spazio. Lyrics: Instrumental Details: Instrumental piece written in the original version by Vito Magni (hence the name) and Fabio Leocata in 1996. It's based on the two guitar lines played over a meter of 7/8. In the first 2002 L.E.S. album "Scene"'s instrumental called "13" you can hear a sample of this song that was already been recorded but that (as "Esaustiva esistenza") was not included for space reasons.

Da 05:18 stata inserita una strana sezione in accelerazione che chiude il brano. Una parte del tema di chitarra (03:44) verr ripreso nella title track strumentale del terzo disco dei L.E.S. "Metempsicosis" (attualmente ancora in lavorazione) insieme al tema di "XX" contenuto in "Scene" (2002). From 05:18 was added a strange accelerating section that closes the song. A section of the guitar theme (03:44) will be included in the instrumental title track of the third L.E.S. album "Metempsicosis" (currently still in production) with the "XX"'s theme from "Scene" (2002).

08 - Educato a distruggermi (Trained To Self-Destruction)

E' un inno alla non violenza e parla di un fanatico religioso che si fa esplodere un un locale pubblico provocando una strage. E' scritto in prima persona, dal punto di vista di chi stato plagiato e ingannato trovandosi poi praticamente costretto a compiere un atto tremendo e a perdere la propria vita. Lyrics: Here I am ready to give my life this and what I know, I have no way out in the mirror my reason, not really much facing madness for eternal loyalty for my conscience losing innocence I'm not sure... Looking for my dignity, I've lost everything and we'll never meet again Details: This track, except for the musicality and the ambient intro/outro recalling the previous album's atmospheres, deviates from the typical L.E.S. production. It's a hymn to non-violence and it's about a religious fanatic who blows up a public space, causing a massacre. It's written in first person, from the perspective of someone who has been brainwashed and deceived, then being practically forced to make a terrible act and lose his own life.

Il sognante tema di chitarra del ritornello, che sposa perfettamente la calda vocalit di Michele Ermini, era stato scritto alla fine degli anni '90 da Fabio Leocata e Lamberto Salucco. The dreamy guitar theme of the chorus, which goes perfectly with the warm voice of Michele Ermini, was written in the late '90s by Fabio Leocata and Lamberto Salucco.

10 - Un'altra notte (Another Night)

E' connotata da un'interessante batteria industrial e da un ritornello sorprendentemente orchestrale. Nonostante non fosse certamente il brano pi complesso dell'album stato per quello che stato chiuso per ultimo a causa di divergenze sull'arrangiamento. E' la vera traccia finale dell'album visto che "Vecchio re" rappresenta per una serie di motivi un mondo a s stante. It is the true final track of the album as "Vecchio re" is, for a number of reasons, a world apart.

(ex gruppo di Fabio Lazzeri) del 1994 sul Macbeth di William Shakespeare rivisitato in chiave L.E.S. Effettivamente dura 16:37 e da 18:54 troviamo una parte strumentale ambient che era stata creata per Scene. Tutte le parti recitate sono tratte dal secondo atto del Macbeth e coprono dalla fine della prima scena alla fine della seconda. Un tema della lunga introduzione di Vecchio re era presente in "Scena 3" nell'album "Scena di un delitto" di Lamberto Salucco del 1999. LA MIA IMMAGINE
Composto e registrato tra il Maggio 2002 e Dicembre 2003 "La mia immagine" rappresenta un cambio di rotta rispetto al precedente "Scene": i pezzi non sono pi legati tra loro, sono canzoni dotate di una propria struttura. Veri protagonisti di questo album non sono pi atmosfera e suggestione bens la musica e i testi. Composed and recorded between May 2002 and December 2003 "La mia immagine" is a real point of change since "Scene": the songs are now single, structured, real songs and in this album music and lyrics are more important than atmosphere and suggestion.
