Short Introduction
One of the growing businesses in the city is the printing press business, more known offset printing. It involves commercial printing process from design to final printing ready to be used for its purpose. The range could go from simple receipt, and business cards to quality posters to magazines. As our enterprise is already in the education business for more than a decade, the shortage of available printing service suppliers have hampered our activity to some degree. It is, in fact, one of the main reason to establish a printing company as a subsidiary element of our activity merging ours and the wide public (external) demand of such service in our area, namely kaliti area. Aim of the business The main purpose of establishing this business is to fill the demand gap that is present in our area together with our school need of such service. Moreover, the demand of prompt and quality printing service is at present highly increasing due to the systemization of the need of receipts, be it VAT or other, and alike materials, imposed by the government. Nowadays, any legal business is obliged by law to have a valid and registered receipts issued by printing companies. Therefore, it is a convincing business idea that has already acquired buyers, namely our school. External demands will enforce the demand of a printing company as mentioned above. ESTABLISHMENT OF BAKERY BUSINESS

SHORT INTRODUCTION:
With the ample space acquired by Zeleke and Amelework P.L.C., one of the profitable activities we want to exercise is the bakery business. Around our area, a large number of populations exist and daily consumption of normal bread is daily increasing. Although the actual price of normal wheat bread is set by law, we believe that our company will be profitable due to our low fixed cost. This is mainly due to our acquisition of our own land. Moreover, we also acquire enough ready complexes to start baking once the machineries are installed. In other words, we will not face any land need nor constructions costs of baking houses. Other products that can be made in this bakery is also basic pastry products that are also consumed widely. Although this type of product is not a basic need as wheat bread is the price difference will compensate its low quantity. Average pastry product is estimated to be sold at an average price of 6 birr (100 to 150 g net weight). Comparatively, a normal white bread is estimated to be sold at 1 birr, weighting 92 g. Target Group. As bread is a commonly and daily used food item the target is the general public at large including all income level groups. Equally private and governmental food service suppliers will be added as regular buyer of our products. Other surrounding towns including Dukem, Debrezeit and Mojo are attractive markets that boost our benefits.
