HANDS ON EXHIBITION Art Gallery February 2-March 15, 2013 The Arts Council of Mongolia with the support of the Soros Foundation have organized the Hands On project, with its main exhibition purpose to show the perspectives of disadvantaged children through their contributions to fine arts education, using works the children created by hand, and to introduce the public to other ways of creating and understanding art. The scope of the project included training for the disadvantaged children, launching an exhibition of their artwork, and creating a television program about the process. BALLAD OF THE WIND SONG AND DANCE ENSEMBLE PERFORMANCE On the stage of the National Song and Dance Ensemble February 1,2, and 3rd at 7 p.m. In honor of the 2222th anniversary of the founding of the first state in the heart of the Asian continent, the Hunnu empire, the National Song and Dance Ensemble will perform a new piece entitled Ballad of the Wind February 1, 2, and 3rd at 7 p.m. This Ballad of the Wind piece explores the forefathers of our modern era of freedom through the Hun empires songs, dances, praises, epics, and long songs which are the root of our cultural heritage.
