Runescape Farming Plan (tweaked by Dr_Dismay)

Based on the Tip.It guide by De_Lille_D. Thanks and great work!

Began at level 49, 98846 xp. using willows. First trip took 1 ½ hours, yielded 33,052 xp
Second run at level 52 yielded 37,500 xp
Level 63 run: began with 360,675 xp, ended at level 65 with 456,547 xp

Introduction
It’s worth noting that all the seeds for a comlete run at level 60 farming cost approx. $1mill gp.
Maintain 50 supercomposts and 15 empty buckets at the Leprechaun (try to keep this
amount at the beginning of every run, so your Leprechaun will never be full/empty).
You’ll have to decide what to do with berries, hops, logs, roots, etc. If a bank is not
nearby, I drop them until I have the room I need. Or you can use a load-bearing familiar.
Need to have begun or completed appropriate quests to use Fairy Rings, recharge
combat brace in Legend’s guild, use Ectophial and get to Harmony Island.

Seeds and plants needed for complete run:

4 normal herb seeds

curry tree payment = 5 baskets of bananas (noted)

1 Mushroom seed (lvl 53)
1 belladonna seed (lvl 63)

Special Equipment needed to wear or wield (I usually carry watering can, seed dibber and spade):
Amulet of Glory - wear
Spottier Cape - wear
Magic Secateurs - wield
Combat Bracelet - wear
Boots of Lightness - wear
Lunar Staff - wield
Explorer’s Ring – wear
Ring of Dueling – wear
Starting inventory: 6 watermelon seeds, 1 herb seed, 15 buckets

Begin in Camelot and run east until you see the Catherby allotment patch.
• Empty the compost bin.
• Deposit all but 3 buckets of supercompost at the Leprechaun. Get spade, watering can,
seed dibber.
• Harvest one patch of watermelons, then use supercompost on the patch, plant your
watermelon seeds and water them.
• Use 15 of the watermelons on the empty compost bin and close it afterwards. (If you
don’t have 15 yet, harvest the other patch too.)
• Harvest the second watermelon patch (if you haven’t already) and use supercompost on
it, plant your watermelon seeds and water them.
• Harvest the herb patch, use supercompost on it and plant your herb seed.
• Deposit the 3 buckets at the Leprechaun.

Bank in Catherby bank

Buy 40 pineapples and bank them (80gp).

Inventory: axe, fruit tree sapling + payment

Go east to the Catherby fruit tree patch.

• Pick the fruit, cut down the tree, dig out the stump, replace it with the sapling and pay
the farmer to look after it
• Drop or deposit the plant pot.

Bank in Catherby bank.

Inventory: axe, 4 hop seeds, 2 tree saplings + payment, Falador teleport

Go north-west to the Seers village hop patch.

• Withdraw 2 supercomposts.
• Harvest your hops, use supercompost on the patch, plant the seeds and water them.

Teleport to Falador and run east to the Falador tree patch.

• Cut down the tree, remove the stump, plant the seedling and pay the farmer
• Bank logs if you wish

Run north-west to the Taverly tree patch.

• Cut down the tree, remove the stump, plant the seedling and pay the farmer.
• Drop the 2 plant pots.
• Deposit the buckets at the Leprechaun.

Bank in Edgeville or Castle Wars

Inventory: 6 watermelon seeds, 1 herb seed, 15 buckets

Teleport to the Ranging Guild, using the Combat Bracelet

Run south to the Ardougne allotment patch.
• Empty the compost bin.
• Deposit all but 3 buckets of supercompost at the Leprechaun.
• Harvest one patch of watermelons, then use supercompost on the patch, plant your
watermelon seeds and water them.
• Use 15 of the watermelons on the empty compost bin and close it afterwards. (If you
don’t have 15 yet, harvest the other patch too.)
• Harvest the second watermelon patch (if you haven’t already) and use supercompost on
it, plant your watermelon seeds and water them.
• Harvest the herb patch, use supercompost on it and plant your herb seed.
• Deposit the 3 buckets at the Leprechaun

Recharge combat brace in Legend’s Guild (if necessary)

Bank in Ardougne south bank.

Inventory: 30 gp, fruit tree sapling + noted payment, baskets if necessary, Ardougne teleport

Take the boat to Karamja and run south-west to the Brimhaven fruit tree patch
• Pick the fruit, cut down the tree, dig out the stump, replace it with the sapling and pay
the farmer to look after it.
• Drop the plant pots.

Teleport or sail back to Ardougne

Bank in Ardougne south bank.

Inventory: axe, 1 bush seed, 2 fruit tree saplings + noted payment, baskets if necessary, tree sapling +
payment

Run south-west to the Ardougne bush patch

• Pick the berries, dig out the plant and plant a seed. (Don’t use supercompost!)

Run west to the Gnome Maze fruit tree patch

• Pick the fruit, cut down the tree, dig out the stump, replace it with the sapling and pay
the farmer to look after it.
• Follow Elkoy (entrance of the Maze) to the center of the Maze.

Teleport to the Gnome Stronghold, using the Spirit Tree.

Run east to the Gnome Stronghold fruit tree patch.

• Pick the fruit, cut down the tree, dig out the stump, replace it with the sapling and pay
the farmer to look after it.

Run south-west to the Gnome Stronghold tree patch.

• Cut down the tree, remove the stump, plant the seedling and pay the farmer.
• Drop the 3 plant pots.
• Withdraw 38 supercomposts from the Leprechaun

Bank 38 super composts in the Gnome Stronghold bank.

Inventory: 1 evil turnip seed, 1 belladonna seed (lvl 63), 6 watermelon seeds, 1 herb seed, 8 buckets,
Explorer ring (3) (if you have it)

Teleport to the cabbage field with the Explorer ring (3)

Run north to the Falador allotment patch.

• Withdraw buckets until you have 15 of them.
• Empty the compost bin.
• Deposit all but 4 buckets of supercompost at the Leprechaun.
• Harvest one patch of watermelons, then use supercompost on the patch, plant your
watermelon seeds and water them.
• Use 15 of the watermelons on the empty compost bin and close it afterwards. (If you
don’t have 15 yet, harvest the other patch too.)
• Harvest the second watermelon patch (if you haven’t already) and use supercompost on
it, plant your watermelon seeds and water them.
• Harvest the herb patch, use supercompost on it and plant your herb seed.

Run north-east to the Draynor Manor patch (use shortcut).

• Pick the evil turnip and plant a new seed (you can't use supercompost here).
• Deposit the 4 buckets and your Magic Secateurs at the Leprechaun.

Teleport to Draynor with Amulet of Glory.

Bank in Draynor. Deposit Explorer’s ring, boots, cape and axe (can’t take to Entrana)
Inventory: 4 hop seeds, 1 bush seed (an extra Familiar pouch if you are using one)

On your way to Port Sarim and the Entrana hops patch, run west to the spirit tree patch and
withdraw 1 supercompost and deposit secauters with Lebrechaun
• Continue south to the boat to Entrana (no weapons, staves, runes, familiar pouches,
scroll or summoned familiars allowed).
• Withdraw your Magic secateurs and a bucket of supercompost from the Leprechaun.
• Harvest your hops, use supercompost on the patch, plant the seeds and water them.
• Take the boat back to Port Sarim and, if applicable, pick up your pouch and scrolls
(you'll have to be fast to make this!).

Run west to the Rimmington bush patch.

• Pick the berries, dig out the plant and plant a seed. (Don’t use supercompost!)
• Deposit your bucket at the Leprechaun.

Teleport to Edgeville, with the Amulet of Glory.

Bank in Edgeville.
Inventory: watering can, spade, seed dibber, Lunar staff, 6 watermelon seeds, 1 herb seed, and everything
you need that you removed for your trip to Entrana (cape, boots of lightness, etc.).

Head to the Morytania allotment patch by running north-east over Edgeville bridge and use
the Fairy Ring.
 • Use the Zanaris Fairy Ring: ALQ (Warning!: You will arrive in an area where there are
possibly aggressive Vampires and Leeches; be prepared!)
• Run north to the Morytania allotment Patch.
• Withdraw 15 empty buckets.
• Empty the compost bin.
• Deposit all but 3 buckets of supercompost at the Leprechaun.
• Harvest one patch of watermelons, then use supercompost on the patch, plant your
watermelon seeds and water them.
• Use 15 of the watermelons on the empty compost bin and close it afterwards.
• (If you don’t have 15 yet, harvest the other patch too.)
• Harvest the second watermelon patch (if you haven’t already) and use supercompost on
it, plant your watermelon seeds and water them.
• Harvest the herb patch, use supercompost on it and plant your herb seed.
• Deposit the 3 buckets at the Leprechaun.

Run south to the Fairy Ring and Teleport to Zanaris with your Dramen staff (while dodging the
Vampires and Leeches).

Bank in Zanaris – deposit any leftover watermelons and herbs

Inventory: Mushroom spore

Teleport using Fairy Ring to Canifis Musroom Patch using Fairy Ring code CKS. Harvest
then plant mushroom spore

Teleport to Zanaris. Bank there:

Inventory: Dramen staff, 2 bush seed, axe, 2 tree sapling + payment, cactus seed, 4 hop seeds, Varrock
teleport, ring of dueling, combat brace

Teleport with fairy ring to Etceteria bush patch

• Use the Zanaris Fairy Ring: CIP

Run east to the Etceteria bush patch

• Pick the berries, dig out the plant and plant a seed. (Don’t use supercompost!)

Bank in Etcertia bank

Inventory: watering can, spade, seed dibber

Teleport to Lumbridge (use the Home teleport or cast Lumbridge teleport.)

Run west of the castle to the Lumbridge tree patch.

• Cut down the tree, remove the stump, plant the seedling and pay the farmer.

Run or use Ring of dueling to Cactus Patch in Al-Kharid

• Remove cactus plant, add supercompost, plant seed (no watering required)

Teleport to Varrock
• Bank any items, such as longs, cactus spines, etc.

Run to the Varrock tree patch.

 • Cut down the tree, remove the stump, plant the seedling and pay the farmer.
• Drop the 2 plant pots.
• Harvest the Varrock Palace White Tree and eat the fruit if needed (they restore run
energy).

Teleport to the Champions Guild, using the Combat Bracelet

Head west to the Varrock bush patch.

• Pick the berries, dig out the plant and plant a seed. (Don’t use supercompost!)

Run south-east to the Varrock hop patch.

• Withdraw 1 supercompost from the Leprechaun.
• Harvest your hops, use supercompost on the patch, plant the seeds and water them.
• Deposit the bucket at the Leprechaun.

Teleport to Edgeville, Draynor or Castle Wars.

Bank at Edgeville, Draynor or Castle Wars

Inventory: axe, herb seed (ranarr), Teleport Crystal, fruit tree sapling + payment, 4 hop seeds, Trollheim
teleport, Watchtower teleport

Teleport to Trollheim
Run to the roof, where the Trollheim herb patch is.
• Withdraw 2 supercomposts from the Leprechaun.
• Pick the herbs, use supercompost on the patch and plant a ranarr seed.

Teleport to Lletya, using the Teleport Crystal

Run east to the Lletya fruit tree patch.

• Pick the fruit, cut down the tree, dig out the stump, replace it with the sapling and pay
the farmer to look after it.
• Drop your plant pot.

Cast the Watchtower teleport

Use the shortcut under the wall to get to the Yanille hop patch quickly.
• Harvest your hops, use supercompost on the patch, plant the seeds and water them.
• Deposit the 2 buckets at the Leprechaun.
• Withdraw 1 supercompost from the Leprechaun.

Bank in Yanille bank.

(Note: there is no flower patch on Harmony, so your plants might get diseased; don’t bring
watermelon seeds if you are afraid of losing them.)
Inventory: Ectophial, 3 strawberry seeds or other vegetable, baskets, Varrock teleport

Teleport to Port Phasmatys, using the Ectophial.

• Run to Bill Teach’s boat and go to Mos Le’Harmless.
Transport to Harmony Island (talk to monk at dock)

Go northeast to the Harmony allotment patch.

(Warning!: There will most likely be aggressive Zombie Pirates attacking you while you farm;
try to lure them out of the patch’s fence.)
• Withdraw a supercompost from the Leprechaun. (You could also withdraw one before
you go to Harmony.)
• Harvest your patch, use supercompost on it, plant new seeds and water them.
• Deposit your bucket at the Leprechaun.

Teleport to Varrock and the Grand Exchange

Wait overnight before doing again. If you have increased farming levels, check to see if you can
use higher level plants.
