Investment Details for Mr.Idli Sampoorna Franchisee Fee : ` 5,00,000 Royalty : 6% per month Term : 8 years Total Investment (includes franchise fee) : ` 35,00,000 Area Required : 1700 - 2000 sq.ft Support provided by RCHS We at RCHS will extend support services to our esteemed clients like, site selection & feasibility study, restaurant and kitchen layout support, equipment selection & placement, vendor support, unique installer team placed at the outlet at the time of opening to minimize initial operational issues, unique software placement with food control backup, provision of products through our vendor network for quality & taste standardization, a standard recipe manual, selection of sta & training, periodic visit by quali ed restaurant experts to improve business standards, operating procedures and guidelines on how to handle the business e ciently, identity & brand design, monthly check up on standard recipe & standard portion size by an audit team, assistance in Publicity and initial market presence advertisement. Work Flow Explained 1) INITIAL Process : We will send you the welcome kit consisting of the company introduction, brand introduction, investment plan details, location feasibility questionnaire, LOI Format. Our Business Development O cer will call you to assist with the information already sent to you. Application form will be submitted online by the franchisee. 2) Location Feasibility Study : The franchisee should have minimum 2 - 3 locations and send us the Location Questionnaires duly lled along with minimum 5 pictures from each location. We will get back to you after studying the site feasibility questionnaire. 3) Signing of LOI: The franchisee should do the NEFT transfer of ` 25,000 for LOI through his/her present Savings Bank account or Current account. We will issue a con rmation receipt for the same. 4) Location Inspection : Our Visit to the location proposed by you will be done within 2 to 5 days from the day of LOI Payment. The inspection will be done by our Location Feasibility Analyst 5) Franchise Agreement : The franchisee should visit our head o ce to sign the agreement within 6 days from the payment. The franchisee will undergo 8 days of intensive training program on business operations. We provide manuals to our franchisee which will help to run the outlet smoothly 6) Post Franchise Agreement Activities : Mr. Idli Team will discuss and guide the franchisee on licensing, insurance & permissions, Menu planning, Portion planning, pricing, Manpower selection & training, Layout planning, design planning & execution, HR Policy implementation and online & o ine promotional activities. 7) Pre Opening Activities : Our pre-opening activities include kitchen equipment setup, re and safety training, vendor selection and contracting, overall setup checkup and investigation, raw material purchase, marketing, food trial, sta HR policy implementation, food tasting & approval, POS software training and operations trial. 8) Outlet Launch : Our Director will be present along with the General Manager on the launch date. Maximum Press and media will have to be organized by you locally. 9) Post Opening Activities : Mr. Idli Team will be providing the client with continuous technical support, agreed marketing support, Auditing, advising and updating new menu and promotions. Last but not the least comes the most important step of the whole process - the franchisee starts running the Mr.Idli Outlet.
