Dear Sir, SUB: Seeking the govt to with draw all the cases and immediate release of Akbaruddin Owaisi, M.L.A, AIMIM Party and declaring the arrest as an unjustified. I beg to draw your kind attention to this issue in which all the workers of AIMIM party from Kurnool request you for the immediate release of Akbaruddin Owaisi, M.L.A, AIMIM, following the unjustified arrest. 1. India is a democratic country where every one has a right to share their views and make speeches accordingly. 2. As we all are aware of the speech made by the M.L.A, Akbaruddin Owaisi on 20th dec, 2013, in Adilabad dist., where the speech was made for the Muslims to feel secure from other communal parties and the spreading Hindutva groups. This speech was quoted as an inflammatory, hatred speech and he was blamed as a betrayer of the country, by other political parties, by the media and the Hindutva groups, especially by BJP, RSS, VHP, Bajrang Dal. 3.The BJP leader L.K.Advani, Gujarat C.M Narendra modi, RSS chief secretary Praveen Togadia ,the other communal parties and the Hindutva groups like BJP, RSS, VHP, Bajrang Dal have always been making such an inflammatory speeches against the Muslims. Where we have a live example of chief secretary of RSS, Praveen Togadia saying publicly, that THEY WOULD REPEAT THE BABRI MASJID MASSACRE AGAIN IN HYDERABAD. And we can find all the videos of the above said parties regarding the hatred speeches towards Muslims on the internet at www.youtube.com. 4. The above communal parties and Hindutva groups have always wanted to change the India in to Hindutva and provoking communal disputes and making hatred speeches. 5. This whole issue is pre planned act being done by all the political parties combinely to dominate the minorities. 6. No Muslims have ever criticized any other religion till now in any speech. Every Muslim has affection towards our country and we consider every person as a brother irrespective of religion. 7. If the person who makes this kind of speeches is called betrayer according to them, then the

above said persons and communal parties are never less than the betrayers. 8. If this speech is considered to be hatred, then there have been always such speeches against Muslims by the above said communal parties, then we demand an immediate action against them and arrest them too. We hope, we get the justice by the release of Akbaruddin Owaisi and arresting all the members of BJP, RSS, VHP, BajrangDal against whom we have evidences. Thanking you, Yours faithfully. G.
