Prices
A translation price depends on several factors. The most important factors are the size of the text
and the degree of difficulty. A complicated legal document requires more time, research and
expertise than the homepage of a website.
For the most common languages such as English (USA, United Kingdom), French
(Belgium, France), German, Italian, Japanese and Spanish (Spain, South America) the
word price is $ 0.11
For other languages such as Arabic, Bosnian, Bulgarian, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish,
Dutch (The Netherlands, Belgium), Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Hebrew, Hungarian,
Indonesian, Korean, Kurdish, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Norwegian, Polish,
Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Swedish, Thai, Turkish and
Ukrainian we often charge less than half of what other translation agencies ask.
This is possible because for every assignment we carefully choose the translator with the most
knowledge of the material at hand. Also, our translators are less expensive than translators with
twenty years of experience.
Translators who start to work in earnest after finishing their studies are put to work for a lower
price. In this manner they learn all about translations and can make use of their colleagues'
experience so the finished translation has an acceptable quality level. Should a translation not be
according to your wishes, please let us know. Our project managers will make sure the parts of the
text you mention are checked again. Our work is not finished before you are satisfied.
Request a quotation at Lowbudgettranslations.com. This is done quickly and easily like this.
• Look at our page Contact information for the addresses and telephone numbers of our
branch offices;
We will deal with your request the same day. You can expect a free quotation by e-mail stating price
and date of delivery. As soon as we have received your confirmation we will start the translation. We
will always confirm the assignment before starting the translation. As soon as the translation has
been finished we will e-mail it to you, requesting that you confirm its receipt.
All translations are sent to you in a digital format with the exception of explicit requests. You do not
need to keep an eye on your mailbox. Should you have any special requests concerning the
translation - for example with regard to content, layout or delivery - our translation agency will be
happy to consider these.
Our translators are familiar with all areas of expertise. We have several translators in our database
for each language combination. Immediately after receiving your confirmation we can assign the
translator best suited to translate the text. This affinity is determined by education but also through
personal interest. After all, every translator has a specific preference for a subject or would like to
specialize him/herself in this subject. During their translation studies translators have often already
chosen a specialized field. We distinguish between different groups of translators.
• Legal translators; these are especially trained to interpret in a court of law or to translate
legal documents.
• Technical translators; here too there are differences. Within technical translations we
distinguish between several fields. For example aviation and space travel, mechanization /
robotics, automotive, material knowledge, chemistry, telecommunications technology,
computers / hardware, computers /software development, mechanical engineering etc.
• General; most of the documents we translate are of a general nature. Whether you're
thinking of a letter for your personnel, a menu or a resumé because someone is planning on
working in a foreign country. Some translators prefer general texts although these are often
less straightforward. For the translation of a resumé for example you need a translator who
is willing to spend time studying different schooltypes in a foreign country to find the
correct equivalent in the target language. At our translation agency we do not ask a
translator accustomed to legal texts to translate a love letter.
Our translators have a few things in common. They are all passionate about language and
translation. They and we believe: the job is finished when you are satisfied!
