n web 2.0 tools tentang apa yang telah anda perolehi melalui pengisian dalam Bengkel Multimedia yang telah dilaksanakan sempena MMFTSM dan kaitkan dengan kursus ini iaitu Pengurusan Projek Multimedia. On the second day, I attended the seminar which carried out by two speakers. The topic of this seminar is regarding to the making of multimedia animation and 3D which held in the FTSM Multimedia Hall. In this interview session, we learnt different kind of knowledge and techniques of making the video and animation by showing us the real product that existing in the market now. The techniques are related to blocking, finalizing animation and lips sync. Besides, we also able to see a good project management which is needed to maintain the products quality of the companies. In the companies, the projects managers must not only strive to meet specific scope, time, cost and quality goals of the project, but they must also facilitate the entire process to meet needs and expectations of the people involved in the entire project.

Besides that ,we learnt the process of making an animation production. There are so many process needed such as scripting, storyboard, compositing and others. It needs to have a good teamwork characteristics. Every colleague will have their responsibility in a production. In this processes, it consists of combinations of images and audio in a single application. A great deal of multimedia technology consists of hardware used to create and display the multimedia production and input devices are often used in creating the multimedia works including microphones, musical instruments and cameras.
They are good in managing different kind of management such as project scope management, time management , cost management and quality management by distributing the task and works to every departments. For example, scripting , composer, video editing, rendering, storyboard sketching and others. It needs teamwork of all the colleagues to produce a good animation production. They also have a good project human resource management which concerned well with the use of the people involved in the project. Therefore, at the end of the production with a good project management, the companies are able to claims some advantages such as better control of financial, physical and human resources, improving the customer relations by giving confidence to the clients on their product quality, and able to give a high quality production with lower costs.
