Updates & Changes: *TRX group training is back Thursday evenings. March TRX Special - $5 to join in for a quick, yet intense total body workout! *Deep Stretch Yoga: Thursday the 7th, morning class only, and Monday the 25th morning and evening. **Your spinning class time might have changed, please check schedule carefully. *There is a sign-up sheet for the Beginner Spin at the front desk. *Blue writing prices are $2 for 12 week participants and $5 for members and nonmembers. *20/20/20 class on will be Tuesday evenings on March 12th and 26th, regular spin on March 5th & 19th.
