○ Dress Code: Dressy Casual(No Jeans)
 We thought a definition might be in order here. Dressy
Casual as understood by this committee would be
something that might be appropriate for Sunday night
church, such as nice slacks & semi-dressy shirt for the
ladies and slacks and dress shirt for men. Dresses would
certainly be welcome, but not necessary unless you want
to. We just wanted to make it so that no one has to go
out and buy clothing for this event. We felt that the
majority of people probably have something they could
wear that was casual, yet dressy.

 Set up a page online to upload photos…or a blog page to
post only school year pictures?
 Use some of the stories on the reunion site for info.
○ Reserve Block of Hotel Rooms
 We decided against blocking hotel rooms as we were not
sure how many would need them. If we find that we have
a lot of people in need of hotel rooms, Kimara can
possibly get a small block of rooms for a discounted rate
at the Crowne Plaza.
○ Tribute to Classmates that have passed away (Lori Brauer Miller)
○ Reunion Cost Per Individual & Couple
 Should fall in between $50 - $75 per person. We’re trying
to keep our costs down as much as possible, which
explains the BYO picnic on Saturday and cash bars on
each event for classmates.
 We should have everything in place by the March meeting
and are trying to set up a place online to pay via PayPal.
• SPONSORSHIP: This is a biggie! We are trying to cut costs to
individuals this time by bringing in some sponsorship. If you know
anyone that might like to place an advertisement in our memory book,
please contact Becky Fortson Wadley, or Kimara P. Randolph. We will
be selling ¼, ½, and whole page ads. Hopefully, we can sell enough to
get our expenses for name tags, paper goods, decorations, and stamps
to be taken care of as well as some other incidental costs.

If you do not see your name on here but would like to help, PLEASEcontact
one of us on this list. We could use some extra hands. We’ve heard of quite
a few that would like to help, but have not heard from these individuals.
There is still much that needs to be done, and time is becoming limited, so
jump in and find your place to help!
