Page 2-1, C.R.S. 18-4-504 - 3rd Degree Criminal Trespass. b. Page 3-1, C.R.S. 18-4-111 Harassment. Page 3-1, C.R.S. 18-4-503 2nd Degree Criminal Trespass. 3. In the Uniform Summons & Complaint, 1S278227, signed by Defendant on January, 9, 2012, defendant is alternatively and differently charged with: a. C.R.S. 18-9-111(1e) Harassment via electronic communication. b. C.R.S. 18-4-503 - 2nd Degree Criminal Trespass. In the Register of Actions entry, March 7, 2012 Defendant is alternatively and differently charged with: a. C.R.S. 18-9-111(1)(a) Harassment Strike/Shove/Kick b. C.R.S. 18-4-503(1)(a) - Trespass 2 Enclosed/Fenced Property. Defendant is unable to proceed with his defense without knowing the exact charges against him.

As authority for Defendant's request clarification of charges, Defendant cites the following: a. United States Constitution, Amendment VI. b. Colorado Constitution, Article II, Section 16. c. Colorado Rules of Criminal Procedure, Rule 5(c)(2). d. People v. Aragon, 643 P.2d 43 (Colo. 1982), Placing defendant under the cloud of undetermined criminal charges for an indeterminate and unreasonable period of time is violative of due process. 7.
