Familiarity with all design aspects covering the entire design cycle (modeling, DMU, analysis, manufacturing support, change management etc.) is an added advantage. This Position requires direct coordination with the customer hence good communication skill is a must and Onsite experience is preferable. 2. STRESS:
1. AERO STRUCTURES ANALYSIS Job Code: AECSA Experience In Years: 2-10 Description Experience in Aircraft structures, preferably in any one of the following areas: Analysis of Primary & Secondary (Fuselage, Wing, Empennage) structures. Knowledge and hands-on experience in Stress analysis (Composite & Metallic) and to check the detailed stress analysis as per any OEM standards. Knowledge and hands-on experience in Fatigue & Damage Tolerance analysis (Composite & Metallic). Working knowledge of Patran/Nastran and Excel VBA will be preferred. 2. STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS ENGINEERS Job Code: AECSAE Experience In Years: 2-8 Description Experience in finite element modeling and analysis using Ansys/ Nastran/ Patran/ Hypermesh/ LS Dyna and Abaqus. Candidates should have hands-on experience with various analysis types such as linear statics, non- linear statics (contact, material and large deformation), dynamics, etc. Expertise in 2D/3D FE modeling for aero-engine/ turbo Machinery / automotive /heavy engineering components is preferred. Experience in interpreting and understanding FEA results, post- processing and preparing comprehensive analysis reports.

Job Code: AECTP Experience in Years: 4-8 Description Should have in-depth knowledge and Experience in Aerospace Technical Publications. Should be able to read complex blue prints/drawings and prepare the content. Create, Edit and update/revise aircrafts manuals like CMMs, IPC/IPLs, AMMs, SRMs, WDMs, ITEMs and other manuals. Thorough knowledge of authoring* and Illustration** tools; Quality checking and proof reading, knowledge on latest quality tools and methodologies will be an added advantage. Should have hands on experience in Team Centre Engineering. * Epic editor, Adobe Frame Maker, PageMaker, Ultra XML and MS office tools. **Adobe Illustrator, Tech Illustrator. Isodraw with Cad process and Adobe Photoshop. Hands on Pro E, Catia, Unigraphics and Solid Works

EMBEDDED SYSTEMS:
1. ELECTRONIC HARDWARE ENGINEER Job Code: AECEHE Experience in Years: 7+ Description The candidate will be responsible for collecting the design requirements for firmware architecture design, electronic boards for automotive, industrial applications design the boards for reliability and manufacturability, coordinate with third party agencies for type and reliability testings. Knowledge on reliability tools like Reliasoft, Blocksim is a mustPCB schematic and layout Cadence, PADS Very good knowledge on type testings like EMI/EMC, Surge, RF interference and certification requirements of UL/CE Coordination with external agencies like ETDC, CPRI . Design of analog/Digital boards Microcontroller board designs Sound knowledge on reliability engineering practices- ALT calculations, tools like Blocksim for calculation of MTBF, MTTF Knowledge on firmware programming

FIRMWARE ENGINEER Job Code: AECFE Experience in Years: 3-5 years Description The candidate will be responsible for collecting the design requirements for firmware architecture, should be able to program microcontrollers and do programming hands on. Should be able to guide the team on firmware implementation integrate complex code from global teams. Set the process for firmware development in terms of coding standards, version control mechanisms and testing standards. Should have a good knowledge on communication protocols line CAN, CANOPEN, LIN Skills: C/C++ programming for microcontrollers TI/Renesas/Microchip RTOS experience on QNX/RTLinus preferred Very good knowledge of coding standards and design models- Waterfall, Agile Communication protocols- CAN Microcontroller board debugging experience Preferred 3. TESTING ENGINEER Job Code: AECTE Experience in Years: 2-4 years Description The candidate will be responsible for developing the test specifications functional, type and reliability and work closely with the design team. There will be close interaction with the third party test agencies for testings. Will have to develop test jigs for electronics PCB, bed of nails for SMT boards and ability to develop test automation software on NI cards and Labview. Skills: Building the test lab and interfacing with external test agencies for EMI/EMC, RF , ALT and other reliability test Knowledge on LABview and NI cards preferred Testing of digital and analog boards and creating test jigs for testing
