LIFTING PROCEDURE :
Lifting supervisor shall conduct tool box prior to lifting. Ground at the parking location shall be compacted and leveled, lay the crane mats and steel plat as shown in the lifting drawing. Main crane & tailing crane will be positioned as shown in the drawing. Equipment will be transported using cometto/trailer to the site at the designated location. Attache required lifting tackles into equipment using boom lift or ladders. Lifting weights will be checked before proceeding with the lift. Equipment will be lift by both cranes and the transporter would be instructed to move out. Equipment shall be lift up slowly horizontal position to vertical position by both cranes. Main crane radius to be 18m. Once in vertical position, Tailing crane's rigging tackles will be released from equipment and main crane will be same 18m. After swing main crane march back 3m.Once equipment comes centerline to the foundation, crane will march with 18m radius untill foundation. Equipment will be installed to its foundation in the correct orientation and position. Once equipment firmly seated and secured with anchor bolt/nuts, crane operator will be instructed to lower down the block for removal of lifting tackles.
