Employment History BROXAP LTD, Chesterton, Staffordshire (2003 2013) Joined Broxap in 2003 to improve their information systems, led a team of 7 people encompassing both IT Infrastructure and Information Systems and was directly responsible for analysing and managing the implementation of a CRM system and the Dynamics AX ERP system amongst others.

The role was to evaluate business requirements across six companies within the group, suggest & source solutions and manage the implementation of these into the business to achieve measurable business benefit and support rapid growth through acquisition. The systems specified and project managed to date are: Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP. Directly responsible for the hands on analysis, project management and implementation of a 200 user Dynamics AX ERP manufacturing system integrated with the Prospect CRM sales system. Excellent experience of the full project lifecycle from business case justification, requirements gathering, GAP analysis, system design & build through to final training & implementation. Also provided hands on day to day support of the Dynamics AX & Prospect CRM software. Prospect CRM (Customer Relations Management) Software. Responsible for evaluating & introducing the Prospect CRM system, replacing a manual quotation system and significantly improving the sales function. E-commerce Websites Responsible for the development & improvement of Broxaps 14 websites including SEO & Pay Per Click. Sage Line 500 MRP system INVU Document Management system. BRIDGEMERE GARDEN WORLD, Cheshire ( 2001 - 2003) Employed initially for 6 weeks to analyse and report on the current EPoS retail system and suggest improvements, the contract was extended to evaluate and improve Bridgemeres retail supply chain management within the business as well as extracting management information from their Electronic Point of Sale (E.P.o.S) and stock control database using Crystal reports. The role involved the following: Analyse and Project Manage a Sage Line 200 replacement plant production system using Bill of Materials. Analyse and map the current supply chain from purchase order creation through to accounts payable highlighting where improvements could be made. Produce a GAP Analysis of the current EPoS & supply chain software based on user requirements. Analyse and improve several internal processes including Warehousing and Stocktaking. Evaluate the current retail information stored in the Bridgemere database. Evaluate user requests for Management Information and advise on the feasibility of extracting this information from the current database.

Design and write Management Information reports using Crystal reports to extract the information from the database into either report form or into Excel / Access.

MANCOS COMPUTER SERVICES ( Maginus), Manchester. (2000 - 2001) Employed as a Business Analyst and was a key member of the team responsible for the successful management and implementation of the following: The implementation and roll out of a 1 million project for PC World Business Direct to replace their old system with the Maginus CRM sales software. The development, testing and implementation of a 100,000 Workflow system into the PC World Business Direct Head Office. The implementation of a 50,000 Data loading software package into PC World. The Business mapping and data conversion for a specialist automotive parts supplier in preparation for their move to the Maginus software. PARTNERS THE STATIONER, Crewe Cheshire (1990 - 2000) Responsible for all Retail Information Technology based operations at both head office and store level with an annual budget in excess of 400,000. Project managed the specification and installation of the following projects. The introduction of a 250,000 Retail computer system including new application software and Management / Executive Information Systems. The project management of a 1 million Retail EPoS system into 103 branches in 10 weeks. The specification & project management of a structured cabling system for Partners purpose built head office and warehouse complex. The introduction of a new warehouse binning & retail automatic replenishment system. The introduction a 100,000 Radio Frequency warehousing system.
