Power Generation By Rubber Roller.

Background: The electricity was discovered a century ago. The electricity is playing a important role in mankind. Without power there is no development of man in present day, as they are totally dependent on the power. The power controls everything i.e. machines, a simple calculator etc. Due to this extensive use of electricity everything around us is vanishing in air. This is causing a direct effect on us. As there is lack of electricity across the world, there have been many methods to generate power. The power generation by other method always caused harm to environment in one way or other. Although there some methods where the harm is much lesser than the other methods. In recent years a lot of studies are going on to generate power. Aim to study: The power given to the street lights and traffic signals are derived from domestic electricity .Hence there is a need to stop the usage of this power consumption from this method. So, that there no waste of power and energy present around us. There have been methods implanted to reduce the wastage of power such as solar cells. These are called green energy, but they cause harm to such a extent in the initial stage of production of these cells that they almost convert that region of environ into poisonous region from the earth metals. In production of solar energy the main component is silica which directly effects the environment and its non-conventional energy sources as they are not available 24hrs. Hence there is need to replace these methods by new ones. The main focus on this study is how to generate power from the friction of wheel of the car on the road? Method: In this method the roads are fitted with the a gripped rubber rollers as shown in fig. The set of rollers are connected to each other by rubber belt, its is then connected to the speed increaser. As the speed increaser rotates the turbine too rotates which in turn generates power. There is some space left below the rollers because it is necessary that the rollers should be maintained regularly [68mnths]. During this rollers should be removed, by removing it there will obstruct to vehicle movement. In this space there is a stand-by piece of road which will be raised by hydraulic lift. It will help for smooth movement of vehicle on road.

Thought the power is generated there is some possibilities that the rubber may melt due to intense heat produced during friction with wheels or mid-day heat. So, the heat generation can be stopped by using the air from the atmosphere and cooling the lower basement right below the rollers. So that rollers will last long as possible.

Remember :1. The rubber rollers should be placed continues. 2. The total distance to be placed should vary between 5mts 10mts. 3. Slow driving is necessary on rollers. 4. The escalators should be of only some distance then stopped and continued.

Results:

1. The maximum power wastage is saved. 2. A conventional energy source because the vehicles will be moving on the road throughout the day and night. 3. Here there is no loss of energy from either of the sides. 4. With the help of the escalators time will be saved and our precious energy. So that, we will be fresh to our office. 5. By escalators the CO2 emission will be cut, which will help the environ to cool down drastically. 6. As on NH and SH road there will be minimum 5million vehicles moving around a day ,as a result the production of energy will be much more then required . 7. If the production of energy is more, the energy can be stored and used in times of need.
