MERCHANDISER/PRODUCT MANAGER - LEVIS SHIRTS FOR JEANS

1992 1995 Formulated merchandising, promotional, and financial strategies for the $95 million mens knit product line. Doubled t-shirt sales in 3 years, 3M units to 6M units, while reducing model count by 50%. Reduced markdowns by 56% in mens knit shirts. Generated $5M in management earnings through a 3% net margin gain. Pioneered new finishing technique in Pakistan, increasing 1st year sales by 250K units. 2008 - 2012 Streamlined procedural complexity through software utilization; created a Google Group account in order to communicate effectively with 100+ members while maintaining records of all correspondence. Created online accounts with multiple suppliers in order to send invitations that are easy for technology-challenged users to navigate and respond to. Wrote bi-monthly articles about the club activities and events. This served as an effective membership and marketing tool for the club, increasing membership each year.
