K3000: CELL_KPI_SD_REQ (SDCCH Seizure Requests), Integer number: No of SDCCH request received by BSC for MS during the immediate assignment procedure or the internal SDCCH handover procedure or External SDCCH handover procedure. 4. K3001: CELL_KPI_SD_CONGEST (Failed SDCCH Seizures due to Busy SDCCH), Integer number: No of failed SDCCH seizures due to no idle SDCCH when the MS or MSC requests an SDCCH from the BSS in an immediate assignment procedure or a handover procedure. 5. K3003:CELL_KPI_SD_SUCC (Successful SDCCH Seizures), Integer number: No of positive acknowledgements of successful SDCCH assignment or successful SDCCH handhover. 6. K3004: CELL_KPI_SD_TRAF_ERL(Traffic Volume on SDCCH), Erlang: It is the traffic intensity on the SDCCH. Average number of busy SDCCHs at each sampling point in a granularity period. The sampling period is 1s. At the end of each granularity period, the average number of busy SDCCHs for carrying traffic is collected. Note: In normal cases, one-day traffic volume is the total of twenty-four 60-minute traffic volume and is not 24-hour traffic volume measured on the M2000. According to the traffic measurement on the M2000, 24-hour traffic volume is the same as 60minute traffic volume in the case of uniform traffic volume. 7. K3005:CELL_KPI_SD_AVAIL_NUM (Available SDCCHs), Integer number: No of available SDCCHs in a cell in the BSC at each sampling point in the granularity period. The SDCCHs include those that are converted from dynamic TCHs. The BSC collects the number of available SDCCHs each five seconds. At the end of the granularity period, the value of this counter is the result of dividing the accumulative value of each sampling point by the number of sampling times. 8. K3006:CELL_KPI_SD_CFG_NUM (Configured SDCCHs), Integer number: Average No of SDCCHs configured in a cell in the BSC at each sampling point in the granularity period. The SDCCHs include those that are converted from dynamic TCHs. The BSC collects the number of configured SDCCHs per second. At the end of the granularity period, the value of this counter is the result of dividing the accumulative value of each sampling point by the number of sampling times. 9. K3020: CELL_KPI_TCH_REQ_SIG (TCH Seizure Requests (Signaling Channel)), Integer number: No. of times TCH is used to carry signaling. If the access cause is emergency call or call reestablishment, and the BSC supports very early TCH assignment, the BSC assigns a TCH to carry signaling. If no SDCCH is available and the SDCCH is not the only choice for location updating, the BSC automatically assigns a TCH to carry signaling, and this counter is incremented by one. 10. K3021: CELL_KPI_TCH_CONG_SIG (Failed TCH Seizures due to Busy TCH (Signaling Channel)), Integer number: number of times that the BSC has no TCH available in the very early assignment of the TCH. 11. K3023: CELL_KPI_TCH_SUCC_SIG (Successful TCH Seizures (Signaling Channel)), Integer number: number of successful attempts to activate the TCHs assigned by the BSC. In the very

early TCH assignment procedure, this counter is incremented by one when the BSC receives a CHANNEL ACTIVATION ACKNOWLEDGE message from the BTS. K3022:CELL_KPI_TCH_DROPS_SIG (Call Drops on TCH (Signaling Channel), Integer number: In the very early TCH assignment procedure, this measurement provides the number of call drops due to any cause on the established TCH carrying signaling. K3024:CELL_KPI_TCH_TRAF_ERL_SIG (Traffic Volume on TCH (Signaling Channel)), Erlang: The value of this counter is equal to the number of TCHs seized to carry signaling in the cell. At the end of each granularity period, the average number of busy TCHs for carrying signaling is collected. In the very early assignment of TCHs, after the TCH for carrying signaling is activated, the number of TCHs is periodically collected. In a granularity period, the value of this counter is the result of dividing the total number of busy TCHs by the number of sampling times. K3010A:CELL_KPI_TCH_ASS_REQ_TRAF (TCH Seizure Requests (Traffic Channel)), Integer number: number of TCH (traffic channel) seizure requests received by the BSC from the MSC. 3011A:CELL_KPI_TCH_ASS_CONG_TRAF (Failed TCH Seizures due to Busy TCH (Traffic Channel) ), Integer number: number of failed TCH (traffic channel) seizures because no TCH is available. K3013A:CELL_KPI_TCH_ASS_SUCC_TRAF (Successful TCH Seizures (Traffic Channel)) , Integer number: number of successful TCH (traffic channel) seizures by the MS in assignment procedure. If the assignment procedure is successful, the BSC sends the ASSIGNMENT COMPLETE message to the MSC and measures the counter. K3012A:CELL_KPI_TCH_STATIC_DROPS_TRAF (Call Drops on TCH in Stable State (Traffic Channel)) , Integer number: number of call drops occurred after the MS is in the stable communication state on the TCH carrying traffic. K3010B:CELL_KPI_TCH_HO_REQ_TRAF (TCH Seizure Requests in TCH Handovers (Traffic Channel)) , Integer number: total number of TCH seizure requests in the intra-BSC and inter-BSC incoming handover procedure. In an intra-BSC incoming handover procedure, the MS requests the BSS to reallocate a TCH (traffic channel). In an inter-BSC incoming handover procedure, the MSC requests the BSS to reallocate a TCH (traffic channel) and target BSC measures this counter. K3011B:CELL_KPI_TCH_HO_CONGEST_TRAF (Failed TCH Seizures in TCH Handovers due to Busy TCH (Traffic Channel)) , Integer number: number of failed TCH (traffic channel) seizures due to no TCH available in TCH handovers. K3013B:CELL_KPI_TCH_HO_SUCC_TRAF (Successful TCH Seizures in TCH Handovers (Traffic Channel)) , Integer number: number of successful TCH (traffic channel) seizures by the MS during TCH handovers. The measurement is triggered when the BSC receives the HO DETECT message from the target BTS. K3012B:CELL_KPI_TCH_HO_DROPS_TRAF (Call Drops in TCH Handovers (Traffic Channel)) , Integer number: number of call drops due to the Um interface failure during the handovers on the TCH carrying traffic. This counter is calculated at the end of the granularity period. K3043: CELL_TCH_SEIZ_SUCC_RATE (TCH Seizure Success Rate) , Percentage (%): the ratio of successful TCH seizures to TCH seizure requests.
