 Policy or Procedure document in any format, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, PDF could be registered with the software either in Draft Status or Issued Status.
Document Registered as a Draft could be sent for Feedback by submitting Feedback Request. The Request sends Email Notification to Reviewers with Quick Access Link into that which simplifies Feedback Submission

 Owner of the document can send it for Approval to all Approvers. Again Workflow ensures that Approvers get Email Notification with Quick Approval link into that. As soon as all Approvers approve, the document is issued by the system. The Issued Document is considered as a confirmed policy or procedure of the organization, which has to be followed by everyone across the organization.

 As soon as Policy is issued, all persons within organizations are informed about this and are given Issue Notification by email, which ensures that all concerned persons are informed about the Policy/ Procedure. 360 Policy Implementation also permits you to define Job Requirements for each of the Job Title practiced at the organization. In other words, for each Jot Title Training needs related with Policy, Procedure, Work Instruction etc are defined.

 As soon as Employee Profile is created by assigning Primary and Secondary Job Titles to the employees, Training needs related with documents is generated by the system. This ensures that everyone in the organization and supervisors are aware of training related with their Work Profile. System also maintains status of Training Records related with Policy Implementation as Due, Overdue and Seriously Overdue. Automated email reminders are sent to employees and supervisor of the employee. This puts required emphasis for timely study of the Policy and Procedure.

 360 Policy Implementation also permits for definition of Retraining Duration while creation of the document, which is very important for certain Work Instructions. Automated Process Manager generates retraining needs for all impacted employees so that next round of training is ensured. Revision of Policies and Procedures is a routine practice, on time to time basis revisions are bound to happen. As any Document is revised and issued as a Policy or Procedure, the system not only sends Issue Notification of revision, but also creates Retraining Needs on Revised Policy for all impacted employees.
