NN08 key objectives are to promote profound scientific discussions between different disciplines and to consider the possible

The NN08 will follow the 1st International Symposium on Flexible Organic Electronics (IS-FOE) (http://nn.physics.auth.gr/
isfoe), which will be held on 10-11 July 2008, in a beautiful area close to Thessaloniki, in the Pallini Hotel, Halkidiki, Greece.
2nd International Summer School on Nanosciences & Nanotechnologies - SS-NN08 (12-18 July 2008, Thessaloniki,
Greece)
The Summer School, including the attendance in the NN08 Conference, will review the current state of knowledge in the various
fields of N&N. The aim of the SS-NN08 is the training of the next-generation researchers in the nanotechnology fields.
The SS-NN08 includes lectures by distinguished scientists on the current trends in the field of N&N and state-of-the-art techniques,
as well as experimental demonstration in laboratory facilities. We expect that the SS-NN08 would be a gate way for innovative
high-tech ideas coming from enthusiastic young researchers.
The conference is addressed to Researcher Scientists, Post Doctoral Fellows, Post Graduate Students, Graduate Students and all
those who wish to be introduced to or apply nanotechnologies in their research activities.
