The meeting started immediately with the presentation of the agenda.

Fun Run (update)

The program committee had already negotiated with TMC and management of Magsaysay park.
The latter had given them a suggestion as to where they could borrow an amplifier; they
specifically had mentioned CENRO.
The finance committee was given the task to look for sponsors for the shirt, amplifier, and food.
They were also assigned to be the one to make the budget proposal.

The research committee was reminded of the letters to be given to Sir Ben, Maam Sagaral, CES
office, OSA, and school president.

NSTP Orientation
The NSTP Coordinator, Maam Sagaral, had reminded Ms. Cachuela with the NSTP orientation on
June 22, 2008. The research committee was the one tasked to make letters for the reservation of
the gymnasium, and to make the invitation cards. Ms. Tongcua was assigned to contact the choir
for the singing of Pambansang Awit. The program committee, on the other hand, was given the
job of communicating with the visual arts for the back draft. A budget of PhP 1,500 is to be given
to the visual arts for the said purpose.

NSTP and NSRC Accreditation

Ms. Cachuela had opened up to the body the accreditation of NSRC and NSTP. In line with that,
we have to come up with a portfolio, showcasing the activities of NSRC and NSTP. The venue will
be at Monic’s house, next week.

Other Matters
Since the population of Bucana elementary school is quite big, we would only cater grades 1 and
2. This is in line with the Balik-Aral Project. The presiding officer had reminded the body to follow-
up in the CES office the number of students in the chosen schools for the balik-aral project.

There having no further concerns, the meeting was adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
