Evaluation of SOS Adopt-a-House Project

The body had commented a ‘very good job’ to the facilitators and participants of adopt-a-house
project. It was emphasized that another project proposal should be made if we still want to
continue the activity.
Fun Run ‘08
Ms. Cachuela had suggested giving a plaque of appreciation to the sponsors. The suggestion
was unanimously agreed by the body. It was also agreed by the body to give certificates and cash
prizes to the winners. The latter was not yet settled but a suggestion made by Ms. Cachuela was
as follows: 1st prize = PhP 500, 2nd prize = PhP 300, and 3rd prize = PhP 200. It was also agreed
by the body that only the facilitators will be given a shirt care of the sponsors. The body decided
to allot PhP 1,000 for documentation; PhP 500 for the electricity of Magsaysay park; PhP 10,000
as a contingency fund; PhP 20,000 for the sound system; and PhP 10,000 which is from the
NSTP department for the souvenirs. The money allotted for the documentation, electricity, sound
system, and emergency fund will all be from the sponsors.

The souvenirs, as agreed by the members, will be bar pins with ribbons. Ms. Pelaez was
assigned to be the head of such. She was also given the task to contact the persons from whom
we could borrow an amplifier and drum set.
