CARACTERISTICAS GENERALES
DEL PROYECTO ESTRUCTURAL
ANDADOR INDUSTRIAL

Este trabajo consiste en revisar una estructura para uso como andador industrial (paso de
gato) a base de PTR, canales, tubos, ngulos y rejilla irving.
Basado en la revisin estructural, se concluye que la estrcutura que soporta al andador, a base de
PTR, es adecuada para cumplir con los requisitos de seguridad estructural establecido en el
Reglamento de Construcciones para el Municipio de Santa Catarina y las Normas Tcnicas
Complementarias del Distrito Federal y las Normas del AISC.

Los factores y combinaciones de carga que se utilizaron fueron las siguientes:

El anlisis estructural, se llev a cabo por medio de un programa tridimensional para


computadora que permite calcular las fuerzas actuantes en los elementos estructurales, debido
a las cargas gravitacionales, ssmicas o de viento tomando en cuenta los requisitos
establecidos en las Normas Tcnicas Complementarias. Tambin permite conocer la
deformacin de toda la estructura y de cada uno de los elementos, incluyendo el clculo de
los hundimientos diferenciales.
Las acciones accidentales y las resistencias de diseo de los elementos de concreto y de
acero se calcularon con base a los criterios de seguridad estructural que se establecen en las
Normas Tcnicas Complementarias del Reglamento de Construcciones del Distrito Federal.
En el listado del anlisis estructural slo se muestran las condiciones de carga que rigen al
diseo estructural.

Construcciones para el Municipio de Monterrey en la tabla de cargas vivas:

Acotaciones en centmetros y niveles en metros, excepto donde se indique otra unidad.
Para localizacin y dimensiones de ductos e instalaciones diversas que debern quedar embebidos se
consultarn los planos arquitectnicos, de instalaciones sanitarias, electromecnicos, etctera.
Todas las acotaciones y niveles debern verificarse con los planos arquitectnicos.
Las modificaciones, correcciones o adiciones que sufran estos planos debern ser aprobados por el
Director Responsable de Obra o el Corresponsable en Seguridad Estructural (CSE) y se indicarn en el
cuadro de abajo o se notificarn en la bitcora de obra.
Las juntas de colado, en cualquier elemento de concreto, se ejecutarn a un cuarto del claro y
perpendicular a su eje longitudinal.

MATERIALES
Todas las estructuras de acero ASTM A-36, fy=2,530 kg/cm2.
Tornillos para conexiones o montaje acero A-325 o similar, aprobado por el CSE.
En soldadura manual, para espesores de ms de 3 mm se utilizarn electrodos E-7018. Deber ser revisado y
aprobado por el CSE.
En soldadura manual, para espesores iguales o menores a 3 mm se utilizarn electrodos E-6013. Deber ser
revisado y aprobado por el CSE.
Para fondear tubos se utilizarn electrodos E-6010, y rellenar con electrodos E-7018. Deber ser revisado y
aprobado por el CSE.
Toda soldadura se har al arco elctrico. Las soldaduras se harn siguiendo las normas ANSI/AWS
D1.1/D1.1M:2002 (American Welding Society). Todas las soldaduras se harn por obreros calificados y
certificados por alguna institucin.
La construccin de la estructura de acero debe cumplir con las especificaciones del AISC (American Institute
of Steel Construction), LRFD, Third Edition, 2003.
REFUERZO
Salvo que en los planos se indique otra longitud, los recubrimientos libres sern de 2 cm.
Todas las varillas se colocarn en un slo lecho, excepto donde se indique claramente otra opcin y su
distancia libre ser como mnimo dos veces el dimetro del refuerzo o 1.5 veces el dimetro del agregado
grueso mximo.
La separacin indicada entre las varillas es de centro a centro.
Los traslapes, ganchos, escuadras, etctera que no llevan acotaciones se ajustarn a lo indicado en la tabla de
DETALLES DEL REFUERZO. Las varillas se rematarn rectas cuando no se indique escuadra o gancho.
La separacin de las varillas del armado longitudinal se empezar a contar a partir del pao interior,
colocando la primera a la mitad de la separacin especificada, excepto cuando se indique claramente otra
medida.
