WHAT I LIKE ABOUT GLAS ~ I enjoy the teachers dedication to the students. I also enjoy all the fun games we play for PE and recess. I also love getting to enjoy the privilege of getting to learn about God every day. ~Katrina Elzinga, 8th Grade IMPACT NEWS: The last service date this month for Impact Volunteers is Saturday night, March 30. Volunteers will serve supper and distribute inspirational books at the Volunteers of America Homeless Shelter. On site time is 5-7pm - meet in the church parking lot at 4:30pm. MEMORIZE HIS WORD PSALM 119: Please join us as we recite Psalm 119 for the MEMORIZE HIS WORD Vespers on April 27. Sharpen your swords and memorize a few verses yourself, or with your family, to share. We hope to see you there to enjoy this biannual event. PATHFINDER BIBLE EXPERIENCE The Pathfinder Bible Experience team (Ishaan Dean, Luke Ellis, Katrina Elzinga, Natalie Hutchins, Elijah Ringstaff & Lilly Widdicombe) received first place at the Conference Level last Sabbath in Battle Creek. This means they move on to the Union Level in Berrien Springs. Please congratulate these young people on their accomplishment what a blessing to hide Gods word in your heart! Everyone Bring One Please remember this program. Everyone bring one food item each Sabbath for the Community Service Center and Greater Lansing Food Bank. A request for prayer during a time of mourning. On February 25 Ramon Webers mother, Margaret (Mickey), died as the result of an accidental fall at her home. Ramon asks for continuing prayer for himself and the families of his brothers and sisters during this time of sadness. HOUSING NEEDED: An Andrews University student will soon begin a summer internship at Auto Owners and is looking for housing for a few months. If you are able to provide housing, or know of someone who is, please contact the church office for more information.
