Cover Image: Under the Ocean with Nanotubes The SEM image shows anodically grown metal oxide nanotube arrays in organic-based electrolytes. Photo-activity of Self-organized mixed oxide nanotubes makes them promising candidates for dye-sensitized solar cell, hydrogen production and dye degradation applications. Further, the special geometry as well as the biocompatibility of the vertically aligned nanotubes provide nanochanels for drug delivery, cell and neuron culture. The sh are added for effect.
