Living Faith in March: John 8:1-11 The Lord has done great things for us; we are glad indeed. (Psalm 126:3) The Scribes and the Pharisees tried to trap Jesus by bringing the woman caught in adultery to him. Perhaps they were trying to legitimize their actions to Jesus by trying to get him involved. Have you ever had someone try to ensnare you in their actions such as gossiping, attending non-appropriate entertainment, etc. to help them legitimize their actions? Do you ever think you have done something that you thought you didnt deserve to be forgiven for? Many churches offer more opportunities for the Sacrament of Reconciliation during the Lenten season. Call your parish to find out the times and dates.

324 Holy Hours were kept before the Blessed Sacrament this past week. Why do a Holy Hour? "Eucharistic Adoration is a very strong antidote specifically to the evil of abortion. If all Catholics in the United States would make adoration of the most Blessed Sacrament a weekly occurrence, all abortions in the United States would stop." (Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta) Now is the time, please Judy Soltis at call 330-212-0926. (Insert Graphic 2404-0062.tif) The next Coffee and Donuts will be served today Sunday, March 17 following the 8:00 and 10:30 Masses. Stop over for a small snack before starting your busy week.

Why a Holy Hour? Adoring the Body of Christ, means believing that there, in the piece of Bread, Christ is really there, and gives true sense to life, to the immense universe as to the smallest creature, to the whole of human history as to the most brief existence. (Pope Benedict XVI)
