About Us
Coal preparation branch of China Coal Research Institute is the first scientific researcher and producer that has successfully developed the screen mesh auto-welding technology in China. The stainless steel screen mesh welding technology and equipment research project began in 1976. It passed the research appraisal by the Ministry of Coal in 1979, won the First Prize for Science and Technology Progress issued by the Ministry of Coal Industry, as well as the Second Prize for National Science and Technology Achievement in 1983.

Application in Paper-Making Industry:

which greatly improves the open area of the screening surface, improves the screening performance and increases the operational capacities. Cylinder papermaking is the most widely used in the numerous paper making factories in China. The cylinder mould cage is the important part of the cylinder machine. The widely used mould cages at present are the spiral cages which have some disadvantages: poor corrosion resistance and short service life; low rigidity and strength which results in deformed mould surface; insufficient passage gap and poor water filtering performance which affect the paper quality. The stainless steel welded cylinder cage developed and produced by us has a high geometric accuracy and robust welding joints on the mould surface, with the stretching resistance of a single welding joint reaching 5000N. After the stainless steel cage is installed and welded, its excircle may have an accuracy rating of up to IT8 after lathing and grinding. The barre has the double-sided arrissing, which ensures good dewatering effects. This mould cage has greatly reduced fluctuation, pulp jamming, fiber jamming and disturbance during the operation, which improves the paper quality, increases the machine speed and thus improves the output. The screening drum of this mould cage has high rigidity and strength, with big lever interval and light weight. The stainless steel welded mould cage (including all kinds of extraction-type cages) is available with these diameters: 1000mm; 1250mm; 1500mm. The maximum length of the m o u l d surface may reach 8000mm.

The stainless steel welded mesh is applied on vibration box flat screen, which clears foreign matters and has a high screening efficiency. Currently, it is being used by about 100 paper-making factories. The stainless steel welded wedge-bar screen is applied on the side pressure concentrator, which increases the open area of the filter plate from 44% to 78%, and increases the dewatering efficiency by 20%. The screen mesh is applied on the 10m3 pulping machine and the 35m3 pulp washer,which increases the open area of the filter plate from 22.6% to 78%, and improves the dewatering efficiency significantly.
