MYERS BRIGGS TYPES PERSONALITY DIMENSION (Goldberg, Costa)

The result of sixteen of Basic Personal styles MYERS BRIGGS TYPES test of myself is type "ISTJ" which was describe the following below:

INTROVERT (I) Thinking /reflecting first, then action, and these type regularly require an amount of "private time" to recharge energy. Also, motivated internally, its mind sometimes so active it is "closed" to outside world and prefer one-to-one communication and relationships

Type was not anti-social, I need personal time and space of the activity, and I needed to develop an existing concept or a few aspects before experienced. Much socializing can reduce energy, thoughts and my ideas. Introvert happy in small groups and socializing with people who I like and me already known.

SENSORY (S) I usually gather information with my senses, whatever I see, hear, taste, touch and smell in the physical world. The facts collected of sensory of data I will process building of model of my world. I concentrate with energy what is really there, and I am not ponder what it is too much. I am usually practical and rely on common sense to guide through my world. I see things as they are and have little or sometimes without need to look for underlying meaning.

THINKING (T) I evaluated of data to get conclusions by using the capabilities of my skill to apply logical, objective analysis of previous information. Principles think that assesses the consistency and fairness influence the decision that I was given. A comparing course of my action logically and make choices based on the consequences of what he had seen or obtained from them.

If there is something wrong with the plan, I will immediately fixes it or I will throw it to replace with that correctly. It does not mean unfeeling but my analytical thought processes to improve for the better or solve problems

JUDGING (J): I like taking a decision as soon as possible without having to delay. I do not like to delay of completion of the problem, and I want to see the conflict resolved soon. My lifestyle is structured well, orderly, disciplined. I take a very serious commitment, flexible, I like to stick to the plan although it sometimes to be changed.

Personality type is ISTJ is Introverted Composite / Sensing / Thinking / Judging This type is reserved and approach life with carefully, and kind person who very stable (down-to-earth). They do not like the change, but persistence and a willingness to work hard, so, they will get resolved soon their duties. The attitudes systematic and organized very well and keeping commitments is very important for this type. I do whatever I think is right, and I expected behavior of others is doing the same thing to me. This type is loyal, trustworthy, and in the face of crisis will remain calm and work hard to find solutions. The people who have these type matching for a job such ; Accountant, administrator, bank officer, programmer, construction worker, engineer, manager, mechanic, military personnel, Optician, Paralegal, teacher, etc.
