Our client is a Brisbane based supplier to the global chemical fertilizer market. Due to continued growth they require the talents of an experienced Project Management Engineer with good communications skills and a solid engineering background to coordinate all manufacturing/process project tasks and deliver project outcomes on schedule and within budget. Reporting to the Engineering Projects Manager you will coordinate the overall project planning process and ensure delivery of project outcomes. Duties and responsibilities include: Lead the site projects group to effectively achieve project goals Oversee assigned elements of all major projects Identify possible problem areas and negotiate modifications or adaptations to the design where necessary to achieve acceptance and compliance Maintain effective liaising and communication with internal and external stakeholders Deliver sustained improvements in production levels through highlighting and removing bottlenecks and poor practices Formulate and deliver an annual capital project on time and within budget Provide accurate and realistic forecasting and reporting information
