A: The Mineral Cartridge is designed to last for years of service just recondition it every other week with the G2O Conditioner provided with your new G2O unit. Q: How do I recondition the Mineral Cartridge? A: Add a half capfull of the conditioner to a container of plain water and swirl the Cartridge in the water for 10 seconds or until the water turns cloudy. Rinse the Mineral Cartridge 3 4 minutes under running, room temperature tap water and place it back into the Glass Pot.

Q: How can I tell when the filter needs to be changed? A: Typically, the filter should be replaced every 2 3 months based on an average consumption of 4 5 liters of water a day. Youll notice a change in the waters taste and flow rate. Q: Are the removable parts of the unit dishwasher-safe? A: DO NOT place in the dishwasher. The parts should be hand washed only, when necessary. Be careful to rinse the top tank with water only. You can clean the glass pot with a small amount of the G2O Conditioner and water.
