Letter to the Editor: The Freedoms we send young Men and Women to fight for WE dont have in Virginia

Janice Wolk Grenadier has the documented proof from September of 2007 to present that shows the corruption of the Judicial System in Virginia is a FACT not a Fairy Tale. That Judicial System Rules on Favoritism and Cronyism and not the Laws and Rules of the Supreme Court of Virginia, the United States Constitution and the Virginia Constitution With the majority of her filings and her documents done by Lawyers who will help in the back ground but, cant stand up next to her because it would ruin their careers -

Dear Editor, On and around March 22, 2013 you posted a letter by Vice Mayor Andrew Macdonald with a topic not necessarily popular in the City of Alexandria. There was mention of the fact the City is run by Democrats only. The comments I made on trying to stay with the subject matter of the Democrats running the City and making major decisions is that, after several of those decisions are made they then wind up in the courts . The courts are also run by the Democrats and with this it has created a corrupt Judicial System. I am personally a victim of this system but, I am not

alone there are several other MEs that have the evidence of how Corrupt the Virginia Judicial System is. The Circuit Court of Alexandria Judges (and I can only speak of the ones from September of 2007 to present Chief Judge Haddock, now Chief Judge Kemler, Judge Dawkins, Judge Clark, visiting Judges Brown, Fortkort, Potter, McGrath and General District Judge McCue) that they also have the Support of the Supreme Court of Virginia the JIRC, and the VSB so they can rule in Favoritism and Cronyism instead of by the Rules and the Laws of the Supreme Court of Virginia, the Constitution of the United States of America, the Constitution of Virginia. This is what as a Nation we send our young men and women into other countries to fight for. That as an American citizen the Basic Liberty of Due Process is being blocked. The basic liberty that our Flag stands for and here is where the standard of Liberty is set for the rest of the World. It is under the Oath that each of the Judges and Justices has taken that this heavy burden lies on their shoulders to protect the Rights of each and every Virginia Citizen. We all make mistakes, and mistakes can be fixed but, only when the person making the mistake has the courage to man up and takes responsibility for it. Judge Kloch in his letter and Reversal of Order in August of 2010 states The appearance of Justice is just as Important as Justice itself he apologized for any inconvenience. By doing this Judge Kloch showed real integrity. The Connection Newspaper on Line in an article when I commented about the corruption and collusion of the judicial system instead of investigating the TRUTH they took the recommendation by Commonwealth Attorney Randy Sengel for Bryan Potter to be the next Commonwealth attorney down.

The Conclusion and the point of this letter is to educate the everyday citizen in the City of Alexandria that when they walk into the Court Room to not expect a Judge that is going to be looking at them blindly as there oath calls for and looking at their case and how the law affects their case. That the Judges if they are any of the above will be looking at who the attorneys are, who the defendant is, who the plaintiff is, and who is there best friend. They will be ruling on Favoritism and Cronyism. This is important to know up front that you may not be treated fairly in court since we are all raised to believe it is fundamental right that we have but that today is a Fairy Tale of the past. It is with deep sadness that I write this letter of warning to the City of Alexandria and the State of Virginia Citizens.
