And The Truth Shall Make You Free

The One Peoples Public Trust Lawfully foreclosed corporations, governments and banks for cause for operating private money systems and slavery. Announced publicly on 25 December 2012, the system of corporate-governmental rule has been legally foreclosed via one of its own mechanisms, a series of Uniform Commercial Code registrations by the One Peoples Public Trust (hereafter OPPT). All debt has been erased and new framework for social governance is now in effect; a fact ratified by the legal framework of its corporatecontrolled predecessor, the corporate UNITED STATES. The worlds economic structure was a mechanism of mass slavery; meaning a system under which people were treated as property and were forced to work. Slaves were held against their will from the time of their capture, purchase or birth, and were deprived of the right to leave or to refuse to work. You were born into the system without any say in how it works; you had to adhere to the rules of the system or you would have been punished by the system; and you could not leave the system if you didnt like it; the system owned everything, everyone, everywhere. The Declaration of Independence and original Constitution of 1787 were usurped when the U.S. government was corporatized and the Federal Reserve system was established, and citizens became enslaved as collateral. When corporations took over and deliberately crashed the stock market, causing the Great Depression in the 1930s, governments were forced into debt and the slavery by debt system was entrenched. When the Federal Reserve Act was implemented in the UNITED STATES in 1913, Congressman Charles Lindberg warned the US Congress in a Congressional Record dated, December 22, 1913 (vol. 51) that (as an inevitable consequence of instituting the Federal Reserve system) corporations would take control of the government by using their power to inflate and deflate the economy. The OPPT used the little-known and little-understood Uniform Commercial Code to file its foreclosures, allegedly freeing everyone from debt and being subject to rules and laws, it explains on its website. It provides templates for people to give notice to corporations, banks and governments, informing them that they no longer have power or legal authority to collect debts and that any so-called debts can be paid by money set aside after each individuals birth certificate created a fictional strawman which the corporations held as collateral. Today corporate governments continue to masquerade as real government. The Reserve Bank system (which now dominates western economies) continues to drive periods of market-boom and market-bust by strategically tightening and relaxing the supply of money and credit. The current Global Financial Crisis is a perfect example. And all the while, establishment Media plays its part by influencing the emotions of the stock market and facilitating political untruths. But the campaign undertaken by the OPPT has forced the corporate system into self foreclosure. All corporations, including government and banking systems have been rendered extinct by their own mechanisms of commercial regulation. Lawfully speaking, its out with the old collective trust and in with the new! Is this an overthrow of government? No, not at all. It is an overthrow of the corporations that have masqueraded as government for the past 100 years. So-called governments are corporations that have overwritten the constitutions of sovereign nations by stealth and their demise was long overdue. The fraud of government is real and finally the entire corporate government system stands guilty of fraud, treason and slavery by their failure to rebut the registered UCC claims. By international law the OPPT has the right to claim its remedy on behalf of the One People of the territorial united States and the world for cause for those unrebutted and self admitted crimes. The OPPT chose to terminate the corporations, banks and governments that were responsible, and confiscate the assets and infrastructures of these entities

including the gold and silver held as assets by the banking system and place them in the hands of the One People of the territorial united States and the world. Dont think of this as an overthrow of government, think of it as the rightful recovery of stolen property; the reclamation of what is ours as sovereign beings of the world. Universal Law, Common Law and the UCC are now the governing Law of the planet, and Maritime-Admiralty Law is now OUT! After extensive investigation, the OPPT concluded that the corporations that were operating under the guise of the peoples financial systems and governments were committing treason against the people of this planet without the peoples knowing, willing and intentional consent. The final report from the investigation is documented at this site. http://tinyurl.com/ a7mgjpo The OPPT was created when the Trustees bonded themselves to and resumed the trust found and established in the original US Constitution of 1787; the Constitution that was abandoned when the United States government was corporatized after the Civil War in 1871. The Trustees of the OPPT then bonded every individual on the planet to this Trust as Beneficiaries in equity known as the One People created by The Creator. The Trustees framed a Trust having a superior claim to all other worldly trusts; the trust between the Creator and all states of being on the earth; beneficiaries of the Creator as His custodians of all His manifestations as in Heaven so on Earth. Lawfully speaking, there can be no higher claim than that of the One Peoples Public Trust, except for a claim made by the Creator, God.

Our planets resources stated in the UCC filings as the worlds silver and gold cannot be owned, sold for a price, metered out in salary amounts to enslave us; or withheld to create poverty or destitution. We all have equity under the One Peoples Public Trust; our planets resources now belong to each of us in equal measure. This is our birthright and now it is the Law. Between 2011 and 2012, the Trustees of the OPPT lodged a series of filings with the UCC against these corporations on behalf of its Beneficiaries for the purposes of disclosure and legal notice. Corporations, governments and banks are one and the same. An Order of Finding and Action was filed against the Debtor as a legal entity created by the UCC process encompassing all corporate entities in the world. These filings claim that the Debtor has knowingly, willingly and intentionally committed Treason by owning, operating, aiding and abetting private money systems and operating slavery systems used against citizens without their knowing, willing and intentional consent. UCC filings are public records which follow standard administrative processes. When facing a claim, an entity (in this case the Debtor) is given the right of rebuttal to rebut the claim and if a rebuttal is not received within a required time-frame, a default action then applies, followed by prosecution and termination of that entity in this case on the grounds that it failed to rebut charges of treason by the One People of the united States and the world. A UCC filing stands as law if it remains unrebutted and the Trustees of the OPPT created a legal

claim which the individuals and entities that form the Debtor could not rebut. How could they? The claims of slavery and fraud are true. No rebuttal was received. The Debtor is therefore selfdeclared guilty of Treason. As remedy: Corporations are foreclosed and their assets reclaimed. The wealth of our planet is returned to the One People. All corporate debt is erased. The system (the Cabal) is terminated. The public record shows it. The UCC filing stands as international law. By the systems own terms it no longer exists. We are free; all debts are released; a biblical Jubilee has lawfully occurred. Nobody or body can lawfully stand superior between you and your God. All former governments (including the IRS) were corporations. All former governments (including the IRS) are now defunct. The onus is on anyone claiming the authority of legitimate government to prove their claim. There is a filing that remains unrebutted which foreclosed on the IRS corporation that IRS agents claim to represent. We may understandably wish on occasion that we had not been born into such perilous times, but that is not for us to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that has been given to us, today. All debt is erased and a new framework for social governance worldwide is now in effect!
