ASSESSMENT OF BUSINESS RISK 1. Power outage: one of the major business risks is power outage or interrupted power supply for industrial and domestic purposes. Since the business will depend solely on the power supply from the electricity company to carry out it operations. Hence, any power outage will bring the business to a halt. The business will therefore provide a standby generator to migrate this problem. 2. Management team: Our management team is formed with members having close relationship and interdependency amongst themselves in order to perform. However it is the companys policy to demote any unperforming management member to a supervisor with a decreased pay while the company recruits a more qualified and skilful person to occupy his or her position. 3. Superior delays: our company is determined to provide quality services to our customers. We will not depend on a single supplier when delay is too often, other suppliers will be contracted immediately. However, the company in the future will employ the just in time (J.I.T) method. 4. Change in customer taste (boredom with service): our company is designed to be dynamic and sensitive to changes in the market and customer needs and respond to them as quickly
