Family Friendly Fitness Open to all participants including youth aged 10-11 who have their YFS course and are accompanied by an adult. Members aged 12-13 who have their YFS course may attend fitness classes on their own. Youth Fit Start (Ages 10+) All members 10-13 years are required to attend the YMCAs 2-3hour Youth Fit Start course in order to use the circuit machines and to take part in fitness classes.14-15 year olds must complete the YMCAs 2 hour Youth Fit Start course in order to use the entire conditioning center. Comes with an informational booklet. $5/Member Adult Fit Start (Ages 16+) Adult Fit Start is a 2 and a half hour course that is conducted by Certified YMCA staff to help you design a fitness program to meet your personal needs, teach basic anatomy, physiology, and nutrition, as well as supplying a booklet with take home information on a personal program fit for your needs. $5/Member Fitness Assessment (Ages 16+) A Certified Fitness Consultant will evaluate your present level of fitness using CPAFLA protocol including body composition, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, muscular endurance and muscular strength. $60.00/Member Personal Training (Ages 16+) A Certified YMCA Consultant will coach you, adapt and update your exercise routine and provide motivation to help achieve your goals. Please see the Training brochure for rates. Group Training (Ages 16+) Training for groups from 2-8 people. Programs are created for the groups specific needs & goals. Training is lead by a YMCA Certified Personal Trainer. Please see the Group Training brochure for rates. *Indicates Registered ClassRegister at Front Desk. Small Fees may apply.
