Voluntary work Again, this can be in your country or overseas. Lots of organizations need young volunteers to work on all kinds of community, environmental, social or care work projects. Travel This can be anything from the full back packing year to brief trips. Some people spend a year travelling, but it is becoming common for people to do it in their twenties.
