The journal publishes reviews, updates and feature articles in addition to original papers and significant preliminary communications. Articles may deal with any part of practice including relevant clinical, research, educational, psychological and technological aspects.

Artwork requirements All artwork to be supplied in PDF version 1.3 format (acrobat 4 compatibility). If the PDF version is incorrect and needs to be converted, Elsevier cannot be held responsible for any errors that may occur.
