Responsibilities: DT and optimize new integrated sites by modifying the Down-tilt and Azimuth of antenna to improve the coverage, network quality for Ufone phase 10, 11, roll out north project , Drive test for pre-launch optimization sites by using TEMS 8.0.4. In lock, idle, lock ideal-dedicated normal modes and scanning mode. Investigate and cleared partial and sector swaps from the roll out sites. Troubleshoot and maintaining the KPI of Retain ability and accessibility during the field test. Neighbor audit to rectify discrepancies of HO relationships & parameters. Frequency audit to improve BCCH, BSIC, HSN & MAIO plan and quality.
