6 Workers not wearing safety helmet. Under OSHA 1994 ( Sect 24(1) (a)-(d), where employee must take reasonable care for the safety and health himself and other person, to co-operate with employer due to requirement imposed under this regulation, wear and use at all times any PPE provided by company, and comply with any instruction or measure on OSH instituted by his employer. While for section 24 (2) under this Act, worker that be guilty not follow those regulation will be fine not exceeding RM 1000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to both.
