Cherry will make all pulpit announcements at the start or end of sessions. If you are on the program, be ready nearby and do not go over your time or number of songs requested. Projection and Video Supervisor: Non-pulpit announcements should

be given to Kevin Truett to have posted on the projection screens. All worship songs should be submitted to him on a flash drive; prepared in PowerPoint or Song Select; if you are able, please include in English and Spanish.

Childrens Convention Schedule:

Coordinator Sierra Willis has arranged for great services for children who are Age 4 through 5th grade. No exceptions. The Ushers are available to assist in knowing the location and times of programs for your children. Please do not send children alone to the childrens area; escort them. When your children are dropped off, you will be notified of the pick-up time. Please be prompt to retrieve your child! This is a public place, do not leave your children unattended anytime or anywhere.

Ushers/Greeters: Jonas Palacios is the Regional Conventions Ushers and

Greeters Coordinator. He and his staff of volunteers will help you make this an enjoyable experience. They will keep order in the convention, hallways and restrooms, distribute materials, and receive offerings. Please help by cooperating with them and keeping your children from disrupting worship or running around. In the back of the Convention Hall, there is an area available for restless toddlers or crying infants. Do not leave them there unattended!

Registration and Sales:

Maria Truett is coordinating our Convention hospitality booth, including sales and registration Maria and her staff will be welcoming everyone to the convention. Her staff will also make sure that all pastors, staff, and guests are provided proper identification. Items being disbursed to pastors can be picked up or purchased at the Hospitality Booth or tables in the back. If someone cannot afford a hotel room, contact Nora Mondragon who is coordinating Accommodations in the Portland area.

Audio Interpretation: Regional Translator, Jess Flores, will be coordinating interpretation by transmitters/fm radios throughout the convention in both Spanish and Russian. The Regional Overseer will determine when interpretation from the pulpit is appropriate. When we are using transmitters, a limited number can be obtained from Jess staff. We have some FM transmitters, but we request Spanish and Russian delegates to bring FM radios with headphones. A special expression of gratitude to our many interpreters who will be assisting us in this regional convention. You are truly anointed!

Sound System/Instruments:
Yuriy Bigun will be managing all sound equipment, engineers, and volunteers required to handle the sound & lighting system for the convention. If you need assistance, please let him know. Also, please respect everyones personal instruments by not using them without consent of the owner. No other drums or amps will be allowed without permission from Stage Coordinator Randy Cearly to use them. Bringing your own guitar, keyboard, brass or wind instrument is permitted, if you have been requested to play on the program. Remember we use professional sound equipment, so move to the back of the auditorium if the sound is too loud for you!
