R/Madam It is to inform you that I had joined Siliguri SSA on 29th Sep-12.On 11th Oct-12 I had been posted as SDE(PR&COM) under the AGM(PLG&EB)/Slg as per office order no:E-2/GO/137 dated 11/10/12. On 12th Oct-12 I had assumed the charge of SDE(PR&COM) through ACG61.During taking over the charge, previous incumbent who was looking after the charge of SDE(PR&Com) doesnt handover any charge through ACG-61 nor does he handed over any password or files etc.After assuming charge of SDE(PR&COM),I was performing my duty as SDE(PR&COM).But gradually I found that in addition to my duty ,all the customer complains related to Landline/Mobile/WLL are sending to me as if I am the incharge of SDE(CSC).Also all works related to SDE(EB) and JTO(EB) like leasedline,Corporate business are sending to my section.In this way I virtually became incharge of Four section which is impossible for a single person to perform his duty.Many times I had discussed the above matter with you and with DGM(P&A) and yourself also instructed me to send all EB related work to SDE(EB).But there is no outcome of the above instructions. Due to this I am facing tremendous mental pressure and agony. May I therefore request you to kindly give work outlines of SDE(PR&COM) so that I can perform my duty with optimum output and less mental pressure. Thanking you Madam. Yours Faithfully.
