As a vendor at Morris County Farmers Market I agree to abide by all market rules and regulations that are stated in the vendor handbook. Vendor agrees to release all claims and hold harmless the MCFM and all members and agents from any and all claims arising from the vendors attendance at the market. Vendors are responsible for pricing, business licensing, product liability, and sales tax collection. Vendors may only drive vehicles onto market site during established set-up and break-down times. Vendors who arrive after the market has opened may not drive their vehicles onto the market site. Vendors who wish to erect canopies (including umbrellas) on the farmers market site are required to have their canopies sufficiently and safely anchored to the ground from the time their canopy is put up to the time it is taken down. Failure to secure canopy may result in non-participation in the market that day. All vendors will remain at the market site until the site is cleaned as determined by the market manager.
