Role &Job Responsibilities: Combined Cycle Power Plant (HRSG +Gas Turbine, Gas Engine) basic selection calculation, Feasibility Report, Detailed Project report, PFD, P&ID, Technical Specification Reports prepared for all packages based on Indian and international standards (ASME, ABMA, ANSI, ASTM, ISO, ISA, NFPA, TEMA, HIS, IBR,BEE.etc.,) Plant plot plan drawing, overall process flow diagram, Heat and mass balance diagram preparation done based on combined cycle power plant scheme. Based on water type (sea water, river water and bore well water), quality and quantity water treatment scheme and water balance diagram preparation done. Project Schedule done using M.S Office Project. Technical discussion & comparison done between vendors for various packages. Detailed Project Engineering and Project Management. Involved and coordinated with vendor in various stages of the project implementation and reviewing of project documents like data sheets, P&ID, PFD and necessary scope, technical clarifications & coordinated with Piping Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Civil Engineers and Instrumentation Engineers.
