Black comedy and one of the true British greats, Withnail & I follows two unemployed actors Richard E. Grant and Paul McGann, who live in a squalid Camden flat, and decide that a recuperative holiday to the Lake District is order where many misadventures ensue. Absurdist comedy that everyone should see more than once!

The Silver Linings Playbook won Jennifer Lawrence the Best Actress award at this years Oscars. After a short time in a mental institution, Pat (Bradley Cooper) moves back in with his parents and attempts to rebuild his relationship with his wife, but things get more difficult when he meets Tiffany (Lawrence), a mysterious girl with her own problems.

LIFE OF PI (2012) Dir. Ang Lee


Thursday night new release special. Based on Yann Martels novel, The Life of Pi revolves around 16-year old Pi , who survives a shipwreck in which his family dies and is stranded in the Pacific Ocean with a Bengal tiger. Released last year to critical acclaim and 4-time award winner of the Oscars, including Best Director. Stunning visuals make this a must see cult classic of the future.

TRAINSPOTTING (1996) Dir. Danny Boyle Choose life.


Constantly topping top 10 film charts, Trainspotting represents one of British cinemas finest moments, despite its modest budget. Renton (Ewan McGregor) is drowning in the Edinburgh heroin subculture during the 80s. Painful realism juxtaposed with darkly comedic surreal sequences highlights his choice between drug addicted spoverty and the chance of a different life.
