We offer corresponding switch-over for the relevant control modes. Special applications These application modules provide you with further function solutions beyond those for standard applications. A typical function: Master/slave or electronic gearbox. This function enables up to 32 drives to be synchronised. Two hoist drives can be synchronised for handling long materials, for example. In this way, the motions of both hoist units can be synchronised. The load is always held in balance. Individual applications In addition, we offer further application solutions that are specially designed to meet your needs. Application modules are also available with power recovery units. They enable the high energy generated when hoist units brake to be fed back into the line power supply (regenerative braking). Dedrive Compact application modules contain all necessary components ready installed and wired on an assembly panel. The power and control lines are ready for connection to terminals. The application module is supplied with the required settings and already fitted in a high-quality switchgear cabinet or as a separate unit to meet your needs. When the application module has been connected, only a motor identification run needs to be performed. The module variants can be selected: standard, special and individual applications. Standard applications The standard applications offer the right solution for your travel or lifting requirements when loads need to be moved smoothly and gently. The following control methods are possible: I Analogue bipolar I Analogue unipolar (evaluation of pulse width modulated control signals possible by means of additional PWM/analogue converter)
