Visit http://myotr.sheridancollege.ca STUDY PERMIT REFUSALS AND WITHDRAWALS: The International Centre must be notified in writing of all withdrawals, study permit refusals and deferral requests prior to the 10th day of class. All notifications received after the 10th day are not eligible for a refund. Please refer to page 2 for details on the withdrawal and refund policy. MOBILE COMPUTING: You are in a mobile program and are required to bring a laptop that complies with your program's hardware and software standards. Students graduating from Sheridan after the Fall 2013 term may opt for health insurance coverage only until the end of that term (coverage valid from September 1 to December 31, 2013) by sending an e-mail to guardme@sheridanc.on.ca by September 15, 2013.If opting into this coverage please adjust your payment of this charge from $550.00 to $190.00 AND send an e-mail to guardme@sheridanc.on.ca by September 15, 2013.

Methods of Payment The following forms of payment are accepted: 1. Bank - Internet banking (use Sheridan College as payee; your student number is the reference/account number), at Branch or telephone banking 2. Bank Wire Transfer - Please provide the following information to your bank and a copy of wire transfer details to wiretransfer@sheridanc.on.ca. Make sure to include your full name, date of birth and your Sheridan student ID number. This allows the student to defer payment of second and third academic term fees. Second and third term fees must be paid by the fee due date for those terms. Students who choose this option will be required to pay a $50 charge to be added to the first term payment. Payment Due Date Payment is to be received by Sheridan on or before the date below unless stated otherwise on the front of this invoice. Fall 2012 Term New Students: June 20, 2012 Returning Students: July 25, 2012 Winter 2013 Term New Students: October 17, 2012 Returning Students: November 7, 2012 Spring/Summer 2013 Term New Students: March 6, 2013 Returning Students: March 6, 2013 Parking Pass Students planning to park a motor vehicle at Davis, Trafalgar and STC campuses will need to buy a parking pass or daily ticket. The parking pass fees for 2012-2013 are: * One term : $186 * Two terms : $343 * Three terms: $410 Students planning to park a motor vehicle at the Hazel McCallion campus will need to buy a parking pass from the City of Mississauga. These passes will cost $343.00 for 2 semesters or $186.00 for one semester (including taxes). Glossary Program Charges: Additional program charges required by Sheridan for kits and learning materials and Adobe software license fee (if applicable). Mobile Technology Services fee: Mobile program information technology charge. Administration Charges: Mandatory fees which include: Athletics; Athletics Building Fund; Career Centre/Library Fund; Peer Mentoring; Sheridan Student Union Inc. (SSUI) Building Fund; SSUI Capital Fund; Graduation; Alumni; Transcript; and Information Technology Fee. Co-op Work Term: Co-op Fees are billed in the term prior to the actual Co-op work term. By Mail - Money Order or Certified Cheque (no personal cheques are accepted) For more information on how to pay your fees visit http://myotr.sheridancollege.ca Late Payment Charges Will Be Strictly Enforced Withdrawals and Refund Policy The International Centre must be notified in writing of all withdrawals prior to the 10th day of class. All fees are subject to a non-refundable registration charge. This charge varies by program. International students who are refused their study permit will receive a full refund of fees paid provided they show proof of the refusal (copy of Immigration document) within the first 10 days of classes. The Health Insurance fee is Non-Refundable after the first day of class. All other refundable fees, except the late charge, will be refunded. Refunds will be paid by cheque to the registered student only. Please allow six weeks for processing a refund.

As Fee Invoices are prepared in advance, Sheridan reserves the right to make changes due to errors and omissions.
