A Resolution Appointing the Executive Unit Heads of Teachers Guild for Academic Year 2013-2014 WHEREAS, Article XI,

Section 1g of the Teachers Guild Constitution states that the president shall have the power to appoint any member to any vacant position, provided he or she has to consider the consent of the Teachers Guild officers. WHEREAS, Mario Alejandro Jacinto M. Neri, Teachers Guild President, modified the councils internal system by issuing Executive Order 001 which identified the Executive Units of Teachers Guild for Academic Year 2013-2014. WHEREAS, select Teachers Guild officers elected during the Botar Atenista 2013, are automatically appointed as heads of particular executive units that hold the same powers and duties of their respective positions, as defined in Article XI of the Teachers Guild Constitution in order to avoid conflict of interests. WHEREAS, last March 10-12, 2013, the elected Teachers Guild officers conducted a screening of applicants who seek to be appointed as heads of particular executive units left unoccupied by any elected Teachers Guild officer. Deliberations of appointees were done during the last day of the screening. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that after careful deliberations and proper dialogue, the following are appointed as the executive unit heads of Teachers Guild for Academic Year 2013-2014.
