The Forever Delicious products are increasingly becoming popular in the local market. Bearing in mind the 5Cs principles of effective communication, complete the following parts of the proposal to the General Manager, suggesting for the organization to sponsor a reality show on TV. You are advised to include your own additional information whenever necessary.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The research that had been done by our Marketing department and Research and Development department had shown that being as one of the sponsor in the reality show could help us maintain our products popularity and introduce to those who are still not know of our product. To be as a sponsor is the one of different way marketing strategy. We cannot depend only on our advertisement if we want to increase our sales and make known over the nation. The recommended budget of sponsorship will cost less than RM 22100 and it believe could increase our image, rating and loyalty of customer for our products.

INTRODUCTION Background

Our records from Research and Development department had shown that the Forever Delicious product is becoming popular among Malaysians. However, we still need to work more on the advertisement strategy in order to keep our existing buyer and new buyer. Indeed this proposal is not only make our product well known but also increase our sale.

Data Sources

The data used to create this proposal came from our Marketing Department and Research and Development department. We have the interview with some of our customer and customer survey for the known of the product. The experiment was conducted by the staff.

Problem

We do have problem if we not trying to promote our product in many ways. As we know the Forever Delicious product is increasing popular in the Malaysia. However, if we not plan our marketing well we might lose our popularity of the product and decrease in sales. We also must make our customer always remember our product and tempted to buy it. The marketing strategy should achieve our target group effectively. Thus, it is evident for our research with promoting our product by being a sponsor could maintain and increase our popularity.

Solution

Problems of decreasing popularity can be overcome with being a sponsor in reality show. This is one of the way that can make our product known for long lasting and make our products more recognizable from others. The reality show is very known today and our information about of our product can reach to the customer easily. We would like to propose to be a sponsor on the The Voice Kids Malaysia. The reality show of The Voice Kids has been know all around the world in term of producing young competitive singer at early age. The success of this show has been proved in other countries such as Korea and United Kingdom. This show is for the first time introduce in Malaysia and estimate to be in high ranking for the three months show. We have to show our image by being the first sponsor for the first season of the show. Since our target group for our product is kids, this reality show is effective because the viewer mostly are children. The reality show could help us to reach our potential customer indirectly.
Objective

The purpose of this proposal is to make our product more popular and deliver information to the Malaysian citizens fast through the reality show. The popularity of our show also influence our products popularity. We want to maintain our popularity of product and also two introduce our two new products which are Energy Cookies and Choco Drink.We could attract more buyers and deliver the information about our product to the other Malaysians whose newly know our product easily.

Assessment of cost

To sponsor the TV reality show we need to sponsor in terms of our products and also sum of money as we are one of the main sponsor in this reality show. The sponsor is cost less than RM 22 100. The following budget details the expenses for this sponsorship. Our new products are given directly to the TV station and they will promote our product in every episode. The prizes are given in 1 days before Grand Finale in The Voice Kids. Conclusion

The Forever Delicious should be as one of the main sponsor in The Voice Kids competition as one of the marketing strategy. Being as sponsor could help us in increase our products of popularity and introduce our products to those who still not know. We recommend that RM 22 050 be allocated in the marketing operatings budget for increasing our sales. These sponsorship will enhance our image in terms of confident and credibility of our customer to buy our products.
